Scam or very dishonest people. Ordered something Nov 30th. Got it right before Christmas And it was a totally different product. I have sent several emails with no response. Called my credit card company and explained situation. They were great ( #capitalone ) and they reversed charges.
I too ordered a coffee machine and received a coffee grinder. I sent a few emails without any redress and have since noticed that this shop is no longer online but will probably set up under a different name. If you paid by credit card or PayPal and your order was not received or was significantly different to the item our head or described you can claim your money back up to 90 days after you ordered. PayPal refunded me within a couple of days - no questions asked.
Had cancelled my order and they still sent it out Got a email to say item will be delivered just waited to see my delonghi maestro espresso machine model number EC9665M and I received a coffee grinder still waiting for return label to send this item back
