Dont buy from this reseller, go direct to obag.eu

Delivery date came and went, nothing. Emailed twice, no response. Took me informing them I was arranging a credit card chargeback before they dispatched the items, weeks after the order. (They never responded to that email either)

Non-existent customer service & impossible to return items

Do not buy from this company if you value your sanity and money.

I decided to purchase a replacement strap for an O Clock I had bought at a physical store in Italy. Everything went smoothly until the strap arrived, at which point I realised it was too big for the dial I had. I duly emailed the address responsible for processing refund requests (you cannot request them like in any other normal online shop), and heard nothing back for days. I subsequently took to Twitter, where the official OBag account gave me the email address of the customer service team at the EU website. After a lot of back and forth with the team there (who were responsive) they sent me back to the UK website, because this is where I bought the strap from. The 14-day grace period for returns has long since passed, and I am left with a strap I cannot use. Absolut disgrace. I cannot understand how a brand with such a price tag offers such horrible customer service.

Waited over a month for a bag to never…

Waited over a month for a bag to never come. Ignored by customers service emails. Their live chat agent told me money was never taken so they could therefore not fulfil my order, yet £78 was taken. Please just avoid at all costs

Ordered a bag from obaglondon website…

Ordered a bag from obaglondon website (all the same company as obaguk). Got email confirmation stating delivery 2-5 business days, 10 days later no delivery and no response to my emails. I’ve checked these on companies house and they had a compulsory strike off action last year. Makes me nervous and I now notice the obaglondon website isn’t fully finished so onone page the phone number is 123456! I have now cancelled my credit card as I suspect they are a fraud company and will do a charge back on the credit card to reclaim my monies.

My daughter was scammed out of £60

My daughter, just 18, having started her first paid job, decided to purchase some o clock straps and face for her mum for Christmas. This was early December. The order never arrived. She was worried she'd disappoint mum so she placed another order. Money was taken from her bank each time. She contacted the company and was given the run around. They apologised and said they would sort it. They did nothing. She then put in a formal complaint. Still nothing. So I got involved (mum) I tried emailing and contacting through Instagram. Essentially they dispute that they ever took money and then didn't fullfil the order. I and my daughter and I tried multiple times to resolve. The last time we made contact was in February 22. Today 2.8.22, 6months later!!! I have received an email stating they did not steal my daughter's money and that she should check her bank account. There has never been any refunds. Avoid this company. I assume this is a scam and she's lost the £60 AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company took the money from my…

This company took the money from my credit card and still 2 weeks later I am waiting for the product to arrive. The contact telephone number is from India so if I try to phone them I will be charged ++ for the call. They have not responded to my emails. MY ADVICE = DO NOVEMBER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Quite an experience...

Since O Bag UK have deleted my review on Facebook by removing the entire review section, I suppose I will now have to write reviews where they can’t remove them so others can avoid getting into the same situation as me. They have replied back to my review but this is not visible to anyone else on Facebook, just me! They removed the review so quickly, yet the reply they sent states 'both positive and negative reviews are imperative to our brand so we can be improved. This makes me think they are not legitimate!

I purchased a bag from this company as a gift, the item arrived and I ordered the wrong product. I followed the usual process of returning the item, to which I saw they were pretty local to me in Solihull. I asked if I could swap the item in person as I wouldn’t be able to order a new one in time. They agreed, and sent me a location which I then searched on Google, the address was a remote, large home with security gates - I was expecting an office/public location - not a secluded home of someone I do not know. I thought this was completely unprofessional and I therefore didn’t attend and popped the parcel in the post for a refund.

This happened back in March, I posted my item first class, recorded delivery on 20th March, it arrived at their PO Box on 21st March at 7 am, just over 4 weeks ago. I waited for a while before sending an email asking where my refund was, to which I was told due to COVID-19 the team were all working from home and nobody had visited the P.O. Box to collect the parcel/they had not received the parcel back yet in order to process the refund and when they do, they will inspect the item and process the refund. I have returned parcels back to companies during this difficult time and some of those have been PO Boxes, they had the items redelivered to their address to process a refund/exchange. I still do not believe they have allowed stock, which is has never been worn/used, to sit in a PO Box when it could be resold on.

After doing some investigating, it would appear these aren’t the same company/team I have dealt with before, I don’t know whether they are official distributors of O Bag - but I would not purchase from them! I got in touch with a company I had purchased from before, and they were completely unaware of who these people are and informed the Italian manufacturers who them must have prompted them to respond to me a few days ago saying they are supposedly working hard to get my parcel from Royal Mail and to process my refund, lets see how long this takes!

I appreciate the current situation will incur delays, but I whole heartedly believe they have prolonged this whole experience due to me not showing up to exchange the item. Please, purchase from this company at your own risk. Shop around and use official O Bag distributers and always check reviews!
