The service from Pioneer Bathrooms was good and the products arrived well packaged and in good condition. Surprised to find when the products arrived that they came from a different company called Ultra Finishing Ltd. We purchased items for our en suite renovation. Major problem occurred with the York concentric twin exposed thermostatic shower. It stopped working after 3 days then only occasionally would work. After a month of this our plumber recommended we contact the supplier. Pioneer Bathrooms passed us to the Ultra Finishing tech guy who thought the problem was the non return valves sticking and told us to remove them. As the product was only a month old and we aren't plumbers we contacted Ultra Finishing again, twice, by email to request a new shower or for their engineer to come and fix the problem. We have had no reply to either email after a week of waiting and are left with a shower that hardly ever works correctly. The product supposedly has a 10 year warranty on it.
The basin unit was fine but the waste trap was flimsy plastic and started leaking after 2 weeks. We had to call our plumber who replaced the waste trap with a good waste trap system.

Bought a basin and shower tray plus some taps. Items arrived in good time after using next day delivery.The basin and taps were packed really well but the shower tray just had polystyrene corners and plastic wrap, consequently it was scuffed after rattling around in the back of the delivery lorry. Scuffs mostly came off with some rubbing but for the sake of a bit more polystyrene or a cardboard box over the whole thing it would have been a whole lot better.

Easy ordering fast delivery great product at well below price of others viewed. Easy to fit to toilet perfect fit . Would recommend this company and this product to anybody.

The service was good, but the quality of the unit is very very poor, there are gaps in the joints which can't be tightened because the wood has disintegrated around the screw holes. So I definitely wouldn't use pioneer again

Left on our door step which was gone but packaging had blown off and there was a crack in one end- but we needed to cut it anyway. Very thin plastic. Did the job!

I recently ordered toilet, vanity unit with basin and a shower cabin for my daughters bathroom. Everything arrived well before the due date. I ordered on a Saturday and two items arrived on the Tuesday. The shower cabin arrived on the Friday, 3 weeks early. I would recommend this company to friends if they ever want their bathrooms updating.

We have bought multiple items over the last year and all have been of a high quality and met our requirements. Website is easy to use and to place orders. Delivery is swift. On the rare occasion where we had to have a replacement, due to transit damage, Pioneer staff were contacted and a replacement item was promptly received.
