I bought an exposed thermostatic shower, I used the live chat for some advice re the fitting as I was replacing an existing shower. I ordered the shower which arrived a couple of days later and the advice given was spot on . Having looked at various sources for a replacement shower tray, I found pioneerbathrooms.com to be very well set out and their prices were very competitive. Would certainly go back to them when further items are needed.

Ordered the stuff and received it in 2 days, Excellent service from the initial phone call to delivery all with an unbeatable price.

Albeit you only have 3 days to make contact for advising of any damage or parts missing, the items were a great price and heavy, very good quality and shall shop again when we change next bathroom.

I found a shower return screen on the Pioneer website and liked the look of it. I telephoned them to check if it had wall hanging fixings as it was not clear from the information on the website. The person I spoke to confirmed that it did so I went ahead and ordered it. However when I received it, it only came with fixings to fix onto another screen and not a wall as promised. I rang up to find out whether wall fixings could be supplied but they couldn't do this. I therefore asked if I could return it and they said they could do this but it would cost me £10. I agreed to this and their courier picked it up. However, when the refund was made I found out £34.99 had been deducted rather than the £10 which was about half the cost of the item. Having made a formal complaint they have only offered me £10 back and all their emails are being bounced back to me. I am not at all happy at all with this very poor customer service. If you use Pioneer do not expect accurate product descriptions or accurate returns information - if anything goes wrong they cannot be trusted to refund the agreed amount. For these reasons I would not recommend using this company.
