I am glad you posted this I was just about to invest in this company, I guess you cannot assume , because a page looks nice that they are trust worthy. Sorry had to deal with this hopefully it gets worked out. I will I cancel this service off my list then.

In July of 2023 I purchased trading stocks with Pionex with a $150,000 deposit. This was on top of the other $35,000 that I already invested. I built the value to over $4,000,000 and when I went in to remove some of the money they told us that we needed to send another $56,000 in order to get the money that we were owed. I did not have another $56,000 and even if I did I would never have sent it to them. Needless to say we never got even our original investment back. This is the Pionex that has such great reviews on the web. That is what I trusted to invest that much money into this company.

Scam, I have tried 3 different trading bots and they all had the same result, the first few days you make 0.2-1% profit. Then instantly on the next day -20%

Don't trust this totalitarian company who FORCE you to use deep state app like google aut.( which censorship internet ) with small amount of money like few hundret euro, They hard like beton in they brains , they don't understand that you can confirm your account by email or sms ,client servis and understanding problems = 0. Avoid this S***t !!! (I"m talking about not american version)

I had no issues with Pionex in terms of withdrawing USDT. The trading bot feature worked perfectly with TradingView. Implemented the Lorentzian strategy (86.67% strike rate, wo-hoo), but lately the code is not working. This is no fault of Pionex. I had to withdraw my funds to pay some bills. Hoping to get back on Pionex once I have some funds to play with. Thanks Pionex.

I am been trying to withdraw funds but every time i do it failed and customer service was not helpful either . They alchemy pay withdrawal is not helpful , poor service

A friend referred me and we were suppose to both get a referral bonus of free crypto however that did not happen. Their excuse was: “Your friend's Pionex.US account is registered in V1, and your Pionex.US account is registered in V2, so you cannot bind your friend's referral code.”

Whatever that means…

Huge scam, withdrawals held hostage

All was good until a few days ago when I converted some avax to USD. Still says pending on my history. I was just told I received money that I never got. It even still says pending...withdrew all my money. They say they are working on it...we shall see.

Fixed. Within a timely manner. Great platform.

Its a big scam.. stay away.. once you deposit the anything, you cant take them out.. the contact page doesnt work .. lost only 125$ but could have lost way more

It's interesting to see the bad experiences of others with Pionex, where mine are very good. First of all I think the website and (Android) app are very well designed and intuitive to use. I use the Pionex API with my own trading bot and all works like a charm. I had triggered the API too much, leading to a ban. This was perfectly/kindly resolved by Pionex through a direct and very responsive Telegram conversation. I can't judge the Pionex bots as I don't use those. Withdrawals are no problem at all.

To withdraw funds, you have to go through Alchemy Pay which is a total nightmare. They ask me to do identify verification and keep rejecting my documents even though the pictures are large, clear, and show all details, and there is no support. The distress this has caused me is incredible.

Lost -64% with the community bots. The worst part is I picked bots that were and still are advertised as +1000% profit bots which is a flat out lie, as I tried them myself for 100+ days and they did nothing but lose money. Stay away from the community bots, they are falsely advertised as is much of everything on their website.

They took me money once that was like 2 or 3 years ago. Fortunately not much, but still. When I logged in into my account, nothing was there. Scammers. Avoid at all costs.

If you are reading this and trying to decide on this platform.. RUN AWAY! There is a reason they have 3 out of 5 stars. If you EVER have trouble getting your money out, you'll understand why. They make a game out of verification...

I bought Bitcoin on this exchange. Or so I thought. My bank shows the transaction. Pionex's OWN transaction history shows my purchase. Yet somehow the funds are not in my wallet. I contacted support. I was given time-wasting questions and ( "have you logged into the right account?") stalling answers. No good answer as to what has happened to my funds. Then said they took no responsibility for the payment partners Pionex offers on THEIR own site. They can;t trust their own payment partners. Which means YOU can't trust THEM ( Pionex ) .
Support says they have raised it with the payment partner.
"But don't email us, we'll email you".
What about - "Sorry we lost your money, we will do our best to recover it, and if we can't, we'll refund it?" - not a chance.

My money was found. I have to admit that support WAS good.
Apart from this very nasty fright at the start of our relationship, my experience with Pionex has been relatively good overall.

Wosrt exchange EVER! They steal your money and make it impossible to communicate. I have a measley 250 bucks on their exchange becasue I wanted to try their trading BOT- I got a new phone and couldnt autheticate my account. I have sent videos with my ID and a post cards as requested, I have filled out emails and Forms and chatted with CS reps- NOTHING except stupid emails telling to use google authenticator. The chats are a complete waste of time. I dont have google authenticator so I guess I cant have my money. Do your self a favor and use Coinbase or Kraken, where you can actually talk to someone- this site is garbage and their customer service is useless. I have been trying for months and still cant access my account.
