I’m so happy with our table legs
I’m so happy with our table legs, the blue colour is even better than I had imagined and is a lovely pop of colour for our patio. The quality is great and it was all packaged well for protection. Over all, very pleased :)

Match to recently installed glass/oak/stainless bannister system
Having installed a glass/oak/stainless steel banister system for part of our stairway, we were looking for a matching handrail for the remainder. After much searching we found an exact match at Pipe Dream Furniture and on delivery were very pleased with the quality of the product and the cost, which is very reasonable compared with quotes we had got from local specialist stair installers.
Fitting was simple and the end result was good. The only minor gripe is that the screws supplied for fitting were not stainless steel so we swapped them out.
Would buy from them again based on cost, quality and speed of delivery.

Nothing but praise from me - the product arrived promptly and well packaged. I’m very chuffed with the table legs. Nice and sturdy, well painted and look amazing with the scaffboards to make the complete table.
Avoid the cheap alternatives, this is the real deal.

Excellent Product , Excellent Customer Services!
We ordered 2 round oak table legs with industrial steel bracket feet for our new breakfast bar, and when they arrived, they were of a good quality, but there was a bit of a discrepancy in colour between the two oak legs.
Whilst we appreciate that wood is a natural material and there would be variances, the tonal difference wouldn’t have worked for our project and so we contacted Pipe Dream Furniture. Angel in customer services picked up the phone immediately and went above and beyond to rectify this, immediately sending us two replacements which were perfect.
I can highly recommend this company for their professional approach, no quibble attitude and the speed that they sent out the replacements to ensure that they were ready for our carpenter to fit in the next couple of days.
Thank you so much again Angel, your help was hugely appreciated!

Great Service - Great Product
Just ordered 3 made to measure shelves from here. Ordering was really simple just put your sizes in and pay. Items delivered within a week of ordering, and despite a small issue with two of the custom pieces, Beth in sales responded immediately to my email and sent replacements, delivered with 48 hours. Shelves are perfect, really well put together and stylish. Will definitely use again, mainly due to the way Beth handled the problem. It seemed nothing was any bother. Great service. Thank you

Sturdy bench for the kitchen - outstanding after sales support.
We bought a bench for the kitchen with pipe brackets. After installing the bench, we realised that the bench was unstable. We contacted the sellers, sending a video of the bench (being unstable) and the brackets and they were able to identify the issue and resolved it immediately by sending new pipes - and this approximately 2 months after the initial purchase.
We are very satisfied with the result - the bench and the pipe brackets look very nice (and were very reasonably priced) - and, of course, with the after sales support which was outstanding in our case. Thank you so much!

Lots of lovely comments
I admit to ordering late on a Friday but having paid for next day delivery it wasn't clear that the company don't progress things over a weekend meaning it was Monday before the 4 metre hand rail was delivered. That apart the product was superb quality, both the oak rail itself and the antiqued fittings. I agree with another review that a pilot hole on the end faces would be an improvement. I overcame that by wrapping a few turns of masking tape to bring the outside diameter of the plastic end cap to the same diameter as the oak rail, then taped it in position so I could ensure the end cap was central. My customer was delighted and has said they've had lots of lovely comments about the product.

I was placing what i'd consider a fairly large order with a lot of custom requirements, i kept going backwards and forwards on tiny little details and was a bit worried they might start getting annoyed at me but nothing was too much of an ask for their team and we got it all sorted in a few emails.
Delivery was way quicker than i expected and the product quality is absolutely top notch.
Let's not mess about, this stuff is very expensive, but you get what you pay for and i feel like my money was well spent with Pipe Dream Furniture, will be ordering again shortly for the final part of my project.
