As a seasoned coffee enthusiast, I think they are doing fine compared to prices they are asking for.
May be arranging a frees shipment option for certain amount of order and roasting dates on the packages (although they are very (very) fresh) on the bags might be good for some.
But I must say that I am satisfied and order again.
I've been drinking dark roast from PirCoffee for the last year and I was pleasantly surprised by the continuity good quality of the coffee. The coffee has a full and aromatic taste, without being bitter or sour. The beans are freshly roasted and ground, giving you a delicious cup of coffee. The price is also very reasonable for the high quality and service you get. I definitely recommend this coffee to anyone who likes a good cup of coffee.
