When I received my order the print in the frame was unfortunately the incorrect print. I contacted them and they sent me the correct print right away free of charge. That is top notch customer care.

Initial order went very well
Initial order went very well. Good communication by e mail regarding the order.
Once Royal mail got there hands on the goods delivery fell apart as my address somehow had not been completed on the goods.
Goods were 10 days late and damaged.
No probs with refund .
