For starters, Mike has been amazing on the phone, helping me with the initial issues on the machine to keep us working & sending those all important letters. Once we reached the limit of what he could do over the phone, he arranged a visit by the resident Pitney Bowes Magician Roderick. He skillfully and happily found the issue, fixed it, and then went above & beyond, to add in my return address & give me a little 'how to' demo on the menu. Excellent service with a smile...thank you Mike & Roderick.
