Over the years, our franking machine engineer Neil Strotton has become something of a legend in the office. Not just a fixer of machines, but a steady, reliable presence who swoops in whenever our postage dramas get a bit too ambitious.
No matter how many times we’ve managed to confuse the machine (and ourselves), he’s always patient, good-humoured, and somehow never judges our increasingly creative troubleshooting attempts. Each visit is efficient, professional, and oddly reassuring, like seeing an old friend who just happens to be brilliant with franking machines.
He explains things clearly, fixes problems quickly, and leaves everything working better than we remember it ever being. Honestly, if loyalty points existed for engineers, he’d have redeemed a holiday by now.
A genuinely lovely person and an absolute expert, always a pleasure to deal with.

We received great support with our Hybrid mail portal. We print most of our business mail externally off site, which saves us time and also means we can print and send mail from anywhere, avoiding the need for our staff to drive into the office.

Alan Archer attended the office today to fix our franking machine. The customer support service was excellent. He contacted us the day before, after 3:30 pm which is after the last call of the day, which made a real difference, and then attended first thing the next morning. He answered all of our questions regarding post, and was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the visit. Highly recommended.

Although the engineer couldn't fix the problem instantaneously, he used his contacts and established where the nearest part was that would get our franking machine back on the road. After a trip the following day, the part was obtained and fitted by the engineer resulting in the franking machine back working again.

We had a visit on the 17the April from your engineer Neil. He immediately asked us for the problems we were experiencing and then set about repairing the franking machine. He was very polite, professional and personable plus he helped us achieve a maximum 39 points on "Popmaster". A very friendly gentleman who thankfully took the drama away from the crisis! Thanks Neil!

Yesterday, I logged a request for an engineer to calibrate our franking machine, and I’m pleased to say that the service today was outstanding. Mark Grant and Graham Milburn, who were on site, demonstrated impressive expertise and professionalism.
They went above and beyond, readily addressing all our queries with confidence. Both Graham and Mark were not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable. and are an invaluable asset to Pitney Bowes.

When we had an issue with our franking machine, we received excellent customer service. From the initial phone call to customer services who deployed an engineer the very next day. Stuart B the engineer came on site and ensured we had a working franking machine. We had to send our old one away and but received a new one within a relatively short amount of time. Once we received delivery of our replacement machine Stuart B came back on site to make sure it was correctly set up. Can't fault his commitment or Pitney Bowes customer service. 5 stars from us.

Dave Perry our engineer is always super helpful and friendly, he came in and fixed our issue with the franking machine and also helped with some other issues we were having online, so that is also in the process of being sorted now too. It does help that we have known Dave for many, many years, it's nice to have a familiar face coming to fix the machine
