Warren Smith - Excellent

Warren Smith called me and talked me through the problem I was having. Warren was extremely professional and patient and explained everything clearly and logically and fixed the problem we were having over the phone, which saved us and Pitney Bowes time as it meant Warren could go onto his next job quicker than if he had attended in person. This was an excellent service all round from Pitney Bowes and especially Warren. Thank you.

Full service relay 8000 machine

We had Mark & Graeme yesterday to do a full service our Relay8000 inserter.

They stripped it all down give it a refresh of new rollers & belts.

The both are very efficient and great at there jobs they had it done within a few hours and had us back up and running with no problems at all.

They have both maintained this machine for many years in my presence and any problems have been dealt with a professional manor.

Jim was 'frank' about franking and it worked a gem!

Jim Mitchell was a great help as I had a VERY tight restricted space to work cables and leads etc through behind a wall cavity and he was very patient and pleasant to deal with. I would think he deserves a pay increase for his patience alone and helping me overcome the challenges I had. (I struggle using the TV remote so ANYTHING techy is difficult for me and Jim was a gem as he was 'frank' about what needed to be done and how to do it and it really worked! :) Well done Jim.

The Lovely Warren

Warren came to carry out a service to our franking machine at Pets at Home. He had previously been out to repair an issue and advised me a service was due. On both occasions he has been fabulous, each time explaining what he was doing so I was fully aware. Nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Warren for being a star :-)

Can not get any helpful response when there is a problem.

I went on their website to try and resolve an issue. "we don't use bots we use real people on chat!" they make a big point about splashing on the website. Well, the real people are less helpful than a chat bot. "sorry i can't help you with that" - cuts me off before i have a chance to fully explain my issue, at least a bot says "is there anything else". So I try again - near enough same response, completely pointless having a chat service if you refuse to help people. I have had customers also complain about this same issue as well that they can not contact anyone who is willing to help them, despite being told "contact pitney bowes".
