PitPat is a pet wellness company that creates products and services to support and inspire pet parents to keep their dogs, happy, healthy and safe.
PitPat began because we recognised that our relationship with dogs has changed.
The traditional animal-owner relationship does not apply.
Dogs are no longer possessions but a member of the family and we’re no longer owners but pet parents.
Naturally, we want to keep them happy, healthy and safe by giving them the best care possible. But with so much to consider and so much conflicting and contradictory advice, pet parents are overwhelmed.
That’s where PitPat comes in. We take away the guesswork and give pet parents the confidence to know they’re doing the right thing for their dog.
Our connected world means we’re there for pet parents through every step of their dog’s life.
We're removing the guesswork with propositions that inform, inspire and support pet parents to make better, more individual choices, that improve the lives of not only their pets but all pets.
So don’t worry pet parents, we got you!
What's the bigger picture?
Well, one day, we see a future where having a little device on your dog’s collar that helps you look after them better will be the norm.
We see a world where pet care is active not passive, proactive not reactive and individual not general.
Need more convincing?
The population-level insights we’re gathering from the hundreds of thousands of dogs that have already joined us are going to completely revolutionise pet care. So having a PitPat doesn’t just benefit your dog but all dogs!

Haven’t used yet but wasn’t set up and charge - app looks interesting too. So far so good

Bought with a £30 discount a week ago. Initially very impressed and paid additional £3.99 per month for tracking dog walks. Easy to set up and the app is very easy to use. Had an issue over the last two days where the walks could not be tracked (even though they were a regular route that had tracked before), so I will be monitoring and will be returning if problem occurs again. I specifically bought so I could track my dog if he gets lost (previous dog got out a year ago and was run over and passed away) so little use if the tracker does not track!

I have just received my replacement pit-pat after inadvertently damaging mine.
I highly recommend taking out the life cover to ensure a free replacement in the event of loss or damage.

My experience with this company has been very disappointing. When I raised concerns about social media bullying and belittling from Pitpat staff and other group users, instead of being listened to or supported i was given woolly excused as to why poor behavior was accepted. The staff interactions left me feeling dismissed rather than supported, and at no point did I feel that my concerns were taken seriously.
What made the situation worse was seeing the individual whose behavior caused the problem being praised rather than held accountable.
When i asked about why my dogs goal points had not been added correctly i was accused by staff of having ulterior motives, which i found extremely unprofessional and most unfair. On sending a message via messenger as i have done for the last 7 years, i was told communication wasn't monitored on socials at the weekend but this communication came via staff monitoring socials at the weekend!
It left me feeling that Pitpat was more interested in protecting certain staff members and other users of the social media page, rather than resolving legitimate concerns! I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and respect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
Easy to set up. Simple operating system.

Needs changing regularly.
Provides ease of mind for dog owners.
Replacement parts are easy to purchase.

Would recommend.

Tried tracker for around a week, did not make contact once in that time.
Tracker did not have a signal even when close to a phone mast.
Customer service very good so far, just waiting for refund to clear.

There's been days when its not registered the dogs walk. And when you tap on location its takes age's to connect then it tells you the dog is so many meters away yet its at the side of you. In fact its never worked right. I got the GPS one hoping it be good. Nope

Loving using this device, does what we need without added subscriptions. Excellent customer service too.

Very good customer experience. Next day delivery. User friendly setting up and user instructions.
Excellent service from the Pit Pat Helping Hound but in the end the tracker had to be returned as the poor signal in our location meant it couldn’t operate effectively.
