PitPat is a pet wellness company that creates products and services to support and inspire pet parents to keep their dogs, happy, healthy and safe.
PitPat began because we recognised that our relationship with dogs has changed.
The traditional animal-owner relationship does not apply.
Dogs are no longer possessions but a member of the family and we’re no longer owners but pet parents.
Naturally, we want to keep them happy, healthy and safe by giving them the best care possible. But with so much to consider and so much conflicting and contradictory advice, pet parents are overwhelmed.
That’s where PitPat comes in. We take away the guesswork and give pet parents the confidence to know they’re doing the right thing for their dog.
Our connected world means we’re there for pet parents through every step of their dog’s life.
We're removing the guesswork with propositions that inform, inspire and support pet parents to make better, more individual choices, that improve the lives of not only their pets but all pets.
So don’t worry pet parents, we got you!
What's the bigger picture?
Well, one day, we see a future where having a little device on your dog’s collar that helps you look after them better will be the norm.
We see a world where pet care is active not passive, proactive not reactive and individual not general.
Need more convincing?
The population-level insights we’re gathering from the hundreds of thousands of dogs that have already joined us are going to completely revolutionise pet care. So having a PitPat doesn’t just benefit your dog but all dogs!

And we'll make it easy too. Just fill out a simple form on our website or talk to our super-friendly, UK based customer support team and we'll get it sorted for you in no time.

Really handy to track exercise, calories as I’ve got a tiny cockerpoo and it’s good to know exactly what she requires.

App on phone very slow to load my account details and any information that is available on the app even when not using GPS function outdoors to find my pet (Strong phone and internet signal used) Very slow/glitchy when using GPS function to locate my pets position. I would advise researching other products and look at what features they offer. Most of these trackers use your actual phone signal (Sim) so if you try to use in an area with a poor phone signal ie; country side, the tracker will probably not work efficiently.

It is amazing we can see the dog all the time. Whether she sleeps all night. But if she is left at home she looks around. On a walk she cannot be lost
Excellent

The app works fine. But given the position of the tracker I had hoped for more detailed fog health analysis - pulse/heart rate for example. I will continue to use other apps for that service.

It was a smooth and easy fix for my problem
The normally fabulous efficient Pit Pat Tracker died and I needed to contact the Helping Hounds at PitPat.com. The Customer Suppawt there solved my dilemma in double quick time and returned us to normal efficiency. I highly recommend the actual PitPat Tracker and the service provided by their Customer Support guys! Wonderful product that creates happy dogs and owners in one go.
