Products never arrived in UK. No responses given after initially being told of a customs / shipping issue. No refund offered to an order of over £300

Wrong cap shipped and no replacement or refund
With reference to order #101365PT - I ordered the "Joker" cap, however, the Pitt Conrad Team incorrectly packed and sent the "Bad Woman" cap instead.
In attempting to coordinate a replacement and or refund I have found the returns process in particular the contact information and communication channels to be appalling.
After searching online for the correct contact details I attempted to contact the Pitt Conrad Team via email to two different email accounts. The first email account bounced and the second has had no reply.
For a cap that costs $300 AUD this is really poor.
I wont be buying from Pitt Conrad again.

I won the spin, and it said free beanie. I chose, put the code BFT and the disallowed my win, WTF,...ok, I was wrong there were further steps I missed. Great hats...beanies, best on the net..
