Scam. Took all my money. Avoid at all costs. Gary, Steven, and Jeff.

COMPLETE SCAM, STOLE MY MONEY, DO NOT USE THEM

At first it was going well, but I had deal with 3 different people and all of sudden it's dead silence. Tried all the numbers and emails which are disconnected or go directly to voicemail.
I was trying to get our web designed finished and buy more business cards and nothing. The files they gave me will not help me to have someone take over to get new business cards, Brochures and web design.
Something does not make sense or everyone's right it was a scam. After 10/4/2024 they disappeared.
Tried to send Shane an email undeliverable. The last guy who was working with me had logodesigns.com part of his email which I cannot locate.

I feel I have been scammed! Nick was my original contact and the Shane took over and created us our logo and then spoke to me on a 3way call with an apparent lawyer in order to do the trademark. They said it would take 3 months and I would have the trademark. It has now been over 3 months and now and I cannot get a response from anyone now. Before Shane would be calling and emailing and texting me to keep me in the loop as to everything that was happening...now nothing, no response from any platform and a lot of money taken from my newly starting up business! Super upset and disappointed right now!

PixArc Technologies appears to be a scam as they told me they would create a website for me however after it was launched for 6 months now they say that there’s a problem with my trademark when I have already paid them for a trademark and they say that my website isn’t ADA approved however an attorney has told me that this isn’t something that I need to worry about. Truly a scam alert.

The company did very little on my website, the communication was horrible and then ask for more money. I requested a refund since they claim to offer 100% money back guarantee. I have received nothing. The whole company appears to be a scam.

My experience in the beginning was not so great but after Sr, Business Development Manager(Shane) at Pixarc satisfied my every complaint and work diligently, went over and beyond my satisfaction, Great company did amazing job on my web-design, logo, and posting my business to all social media accounts.

Shane Harper and Nick Thompson have been amazing in helping us obtain my logo. Took the time to call me and explain the differences between packages. Went above and beyond to help me create the best package for my circumstance for my business.!
