I purchased two product keys. Both are invalid.

I was a long term customer.
Unfortunately lately the service has degraded by a long way to say the least.
This is not the first time that this happened lately but ive had enough.
Buying office keys retail internet activation. And out of 5 keys, three of them fail to activate. Last time it was 1 other times two. And every time i have to send screenshots.
Meaning i have to uninstall office from a computer, install it with the key that fails and send screenshots for every key.
So they fail to do the correct work and i have to take all the time and effort to get what i paid for.
Ive had enough. I lost 50 euros this time. Lost another 20 and 10 on the previous 2 orders but ive had enough with them.. been a loyal customer for the past 8 years but enough is enough.
They started well but they are the worst now.
Taking my money elsewhere

Really cheap and quickly delivered although all mails from them ended up in spam folder.

Bought a win 11 and an win 10, only got the 11 key, their support is useless, no one answers.

I bought a product key for Office 2019 on February 2024. On August 2024 the key stopped working and immediately send an email to their helpdesk.
My 1st email was replied very fast. I send two more explaining that I need Office for my work the next day.
No reply from them.
NEVER BUY AGAIN!

Windows key has stopped working and my pixelcodes logins have now mysteriously disappeared too so i can't even login to lodge a dispute

Support does not respond to my enquiries.

Have bought MS Office 2021 MAC, code received in 10 mins, activated without any issues.

My experience with that particular site is quite positive – I have purchased several cd-keys from them already and they all worked just fine! There was an issue with a phone registration on a M$ product once but they were kind enough to solved it for me. I’m not sure was it the key or I was just doing something wrong… whatever the case the final result was that I have a registered genuine software because of them. The keys arrived in the matter of minutes and if you have any issues with them the support is 24/7. The price of the keys is not always the cheapest one available (close enough btw) but I personally prefer a seller whom I can trust! So far (around 10 cd-keys already) I have nothing negative to say about them – they deliver as promised! I recommend them if you need a cd-key!

So far, I have ordered over 5 keys from the website and I am very happy with the service. Delivery is always instant and keys are always working.

They do not sell legitimate keys.
Do not buy from this site.
Support will not help you.

Got a couple of keys that worked in the past, but recently got me nothing but trouble trying to checkout. With numerous debit cards (all perfectly working in other sites and merchants, and with sufficient funds) I got the same error about the payment being declined and insufficient funds. I think their payment processor is not compliant with EU rules on 2-step transaction safety or something, considering how I never got a popup window asking for secondary verification, and seeing how they have no alternative payment method such as paypal, I'm afraid I'm going to have to rate negatively.

I ordered a Windows 10 Pro license key and got the order immediately on my email. However, when i enter the key on my desktop, it stated that it was a non-valid key! What a shame! For a site that has received good reviews non the less, always listen to the poor reviews as well! This is not okay and fairly certain the site is a scam if it can not even provide a valid key to begin with!

Please don't always go and read only the good reviews but always pay attention to some of the poor reviews!

I ordered an Office 21 license code about a month ago, and they never sent the code, nor confirmed the order, I tried reaching their support multiple times via email and I got no reply. Save your time and money and avoid them.
