I bought a Windows key and I never even got an email. I have sent 2 emails but they haven't gotten back to me. They have charged me for the key and I'm starting to think I got scammed. Luckily I only bought 1 key to test them before I bought the amount of keys I actually needed.
Edit: as of January 4th I still haven't gotten anything from them. At this point I'm confident in saying that I was scammed.

Edit nr2: I can't figure out how to reply to their reply. But I have sent numerous emails and they still will not reply. So I think that their answer is some way of still attracting new customers thinking that they are legit business, but I haven't heard anything back from them.

Edit nr3: I have gotten a refund and according to Pixelcodes i never got the email because my ISP was blocking the communication. So I guess it wasn't really their fault. I do however think that there should be a mention of that on the website because i don't think that this was the first time this happened for Pixelcodes.

I bought a Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2021 Retail - Phone Activation. The instructions and codes has been sent immediately after the payment.
You have to log out from Office application before starting the process and everything will be ok.

It's a scam, I bought 45 keys and they say the money never arrived, how are they going to steal so much money?

My experience has been great every time I bought Windows 10 and 11 keys, as well as Office product keys. I haven't encountered any issues at all. I would definitely recommend this site to others.

Superb experience, I have bought dozens of keys.

Stuff is pretty responsive and polite, every issue is resolved in matter of minutes.

The key provided was not valid.
After submitting the key, I tried the confirmation ID based on the installation ID.
The service was not available and key was blocked.
After contacting the customer service, the first answer was that the key was tested and working. So they suggested to call UK or US phone number.
On my side, that did not work and I reached the customer service again, requesting a refund. This time, the answer was related to a change in the product, which I would receive the discount AFTER the purchase.
I had to refuse and requested the refund again. Unfortunately, they refused the refund.
According to my experience, I can only recommend avoiding to buy from PixelCodes

Be wary when you purchase something. Maybe even find somewhere else. Search for the key on the internet, you can find alternatives.

They say "retail" in the product name while it's not retail. It's OEM.

Another misleading thing they do is they don't tell you that you only have a specific time period in which you have to use the key you bought. You find out when you receive your order.

They don't refund me even though it's not a lot (matter of principle for me) because they say that they have stated in the refund policy, they only refund if the key doesn't work.
So PixelCodes lie about their products and even kind of admit to it.

Really fast delivery of online activation key. Everything works as expected. The only downside for me is that PayPal payment is not possible.
