Poor facial reproduction, also has difficulty following simple seeds, often wastes Credits by producing something totally different to original image.
Just a faction better than the Meta free AI .

I am really annoyed. I paid for a 12 month subscription which was about £58 only then to have to delete the app because it started to affect my phone. Samsung said it was using way too much RAM. The app that is pix verse.
I have tried to contact customer service of pixverse but no reply, because I had to reinstall the app I've lost my membership which i cant understand why. Nobody gets back to you, its appalling customer service.
This is awful, a new way to scam people. I'm not at all impressed.

Swallowing my loss and moving on, after reporting ridiculous issues on the creation there were no reissuing of credits.

I paid for a 12 month subscription, big mistake.
After almost 2 months since paying I still haven’t received any credits.
After having written to PixVerse support about this I realise that they don’t even read their mail, all I get is a likely AI generated reply asking for details - which I keep giving them again and again without any further action from them.
Stay clear of these scammers!

DO NOT USE THIS APP!! FRAUD ALERT. They charged my debit card and I didn't authorize this. It happened on 10/6/25. All I did was go to look at this app and how it worked. While I was looking, it had brought me to a payment page, when I tried to hit the back button? It charged my debit card on file with my Google account. I immediately realized it charged me, and I called my bank. They reversed the charge pending investigation. Today, 10/29/25 I was charged again. I had emailed this company Pixverse, that day when it originally happened. I received an automated response and then nothing. This has caused so much grief, they fought the charge! I had to redo all my monthly bills, and now for them to charge my new debit card because its in file with my Google account? My bank stated because I use biometrics, I authorized this and I did not. I've tried every available email to this company with no response. Please, do not even go into this app. Before I tried to exit out, the app did not work well at all. A sample photo literally morphed family members into strangers. You have to be an expert in ai. Don't waste your time. They banged me out for $64.99, which I can't seem to get back.

My friends intellectual property was stolen by an user of this website and aided by the website giving them no option to contact them to report it or ask for takedown.

If you want an app that will constantly waste your credits and money by introducing random, nonsensical elements into videos etc, this is it.
I've had to do the same videos up to 10 times or more before giving up! Don't waste your money!

Paid for a subscription, videos still come watemarked! Prompts are not very accurate. Definitely not enough credits with the subscription.

Even i delete my account i still can't unsubscribe it jesus and also when i login on my delete acc, it somehow get me a new id that i go to the subscription and see it has no plan which then bring back the problem of can't cancel the subscription of the old and delete account. Load a image of trump and putin separately, ask the a I to turn them into the devil..it will do it for trump. But won't for putin. And I tried several times.. strange..I just wonder who is pulling the strings here.. I think I will delete the app.

The platform is efficient, but it leaves something to be desired in terms of security and transparency with users. For security reasons, I requested the deletion of my account and personal data, as this is my right as a user. However, the platform provides vague answers and lacks transparency about how my data is handled. Not to mention that the terms of use are complex and difficult to access, the support FAQs are difficult to understand and locate, the platform has three email addresses, but only one responds, and it also provides automated responses, likely from bots. Everything suggests that there are no employees to assist users. I gave the platform 15 days to provide an opinion on my data, as it was handled as is legally required by the LGPD and any data protection agency in any country. The terms of use are very unfavorable to users. I needed to file a complaint with the ANPD to demand explanations. There is a massive number of users like me who sent personal photos for editing and have doubts regarding the security of this data, as the company does not provide any transparency. They want to benefit from user data but not any transparency.

I paid for a Pixverse subscription that clearly promised all exported videos would be watermark-free. Despite this, every single video I created came with a watermark. I contacted support by email, but my message was ignored. This is misleading and fraudulent practice. Customers pay for a service that is not delivered as advertised. Totally unacceptable

Unable to register, kept saying too many log in attempts. Looked at the reviews and seemed a good thing that I was uable to create an account after all
Scam
I should get extra credit after I signed up, that was the offer, but when I signed up I got nothing, I tried to contact them by email, instagram and even play store review, and no answer
I thought the Image to Video thing worked really well for the most part and the daily credits are a nice thing too!!!
Avoid! This site is a scam. No way to unsubscribe. Thus, your monthly payments are forever. You will have to replace your card with a new identifier code.
Went to sign up for a month by month to try it out. I belong to a different ai site, its very good and just wanted to broaden my horizons as they say. They charged me 288 dollars. I contacted PayPal, they cancelled the auto renew, but they could not stop the payment. I contacted my bank, and they will refund it. None of the emails listed on the site work, they all bounce back. So, avoid.
Stupid thing keeps adding stuff i didn't ask for, losing credits every time, never again subscribing to this crap
