Who to call when you have zero data
Spoke to a lovely young lady in technical department, well my wife did as I’m not tec. Savvy. I had zero phone data, so upgraded to more data and replaced sim, still no data. This lady was so knowledgeable, she went through everything on the phone and within minutes phone was working perfectly. Thank you so much because running a business with no phone data is not good. This lady saved me. Brilliant support.

I needed some information from my call logs I got great advice on how to retrieve it myself, I was having trouble logging into my plan portal (user error not the portal itself 😆)

activation of simcard
Extremely poor service from Plan.com. I took out a contract and received my SIM card, but it has not been activated. This has had a serious impact on my business, as I have been unable to make or receive important calls and stay in contact with customers.
For a company that provides business communications, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I have been left paying for a service that I cannot use, and the delays in resolving the issue have caused frustration, lost time, and potential loss of business.
The lack of urgency and poor customer experience have been very disappointing. New customers should not have to chase activation issues after signing a contract. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Plan.com to other businesses looking for a reliable communications provider.
I regret choosing this company and wish I had gone with a provider that values its customers and understands how critical communication services are for running a business.
