Good tool that works fine, very quick answers from the support

excellent solution for project management with a wealth of options. The support team were also really helpful even in the "trial" period before I had paid a cent for the product.

We used redmine for several years but then decided to migrate to plan.io. The support is fast (really fast) and the migrated our old data within 1 day :) Excellent support by Jens Krämer

I'm using Planio for a few years now (started in the middle of 2013) and I never had issues with the service. Whenever I had to contact Planio in regards to subscriptions, upgrades, customer support, etc, I had no problems with the solution. Their support is awesome, flexible and really helpful. I can recommend this company to anyone :)

Each time I have request, planio does answer very quikcly (usually less than 20 minutes) and the answer is usually OK immediately. If I still need assistance because it is not clear enough, they take time to give the entire detail of the procedure. I am glad to benefit of such a good support.

Excellent service, easier Redmine ever

We have had Redmine in our own servers for over 10 years, so I was a little concerned with the transition to Planio. However, all went perfect (they were even faster than they said) and now we are happy we made the change.

The service works very well, the web interface is easy to use and has a nice design. The only problem I faced was that I was not able to copy text from a chat box.

The user interface is a little outdated and could use an update, but it offers a lot of customizing options to make it work for you.

We migrated from another system, and although two systems had little in common, support staff migrated everything in just a couple of days.

We discussed and planned with Planio support, and at the end of the day got what we have targeted in timely manner.

We choose planio for it's flexibility to fit several different workflows, and because we could have everything we needed in one place. It was really easy to set up, their support answered our questions quite fast so we were able to solve our doubts. They also helped us to migrate the data from our previous tool into planio, which was done without mistakes and really fast. 10/10 would recommend.

Helpful support.
However pricing is very rigid, although has quite a flexible pricing model. Price negotiation is treated as rude and customer was dealt with impolitely!

In my estimation, they are a quality company and have a helpful solution for for our development team. I'm glad we found them.
