Stay away
Stay away! This company has gone downhill very quickly. Invoices taking a month to be paid. When workers call, they get told different excuses each time, one person saying the invoices need to be approved by NSW services first. Wrong, that's your job Plancare. I have been trying to get a correct budget for 4 months to no avail. My mother is now receiving invoices where she has to pay half, which is hundreds of dollars. We were not notified and it is 100% wrong. She is receiving more money now than she was last year. I have sent emails and called numerous times, no reply and no one is available to talk to, including the person who looks after my mums account, the accounts department or any manager, no one. I have been hung up on. On 5th February during our monthly check in, I once again bought up issues I could see in the budget before I even got my calculator out. I received a confirmation email that day saying she had "reached out to the respective team, and please do give them some time to look into this. It is now 27th February. This company is taking 20% of my Mums allocated funds and deliberately refuses look after their clients. They have no idea! It's disgraceful!!
