We read up on local surveyors for our house move and found Martin was highly recommended. Within just a day of booking he had arranged the survey for a few days later, and we received a full and well detailed level 3 report within the week. His responses from initial enquiry to questions or discussion after the report have been very prompt and really informative. We were so impressed with his attention to detail and have already recommended him to friends and family. Thank you for your help and all your advice Martin.

We had the pleasure of working with Martin on a recent survey of a house we are in the process of purchasing. My wife and I have been incredibly impressed with Martin's reliability, promptness, and how thorough his report was. We are incredibly grateful with Martin's proactiveness in reaching out to the estate agent as soon as he received their contact details to organise a time for the survey.

The report itself was incredibly detailed: many photos to supplement the written written; a wide range of suggestions with varying levels of urgency; recommendation for possible enhancement of the property (as opposed to only providing us with the issues); and a succinct conclusion which highlight the main areas of concern.

I wholeheartedly recommend Martin's work, and will definitely be using his services again.

I have used Martin now for a number of different reports - one for buying my own house and a couple of a rental property.

Excellent thorough and responsive service at a very reasonable price

This is the second time I have asked Martin to undertake a survey and I can only echo the comments I made in my previous review dated 25 September. Once again, the report was both thorough and professional and proved to be an invaluable tool in understanding the issues with the property under consideration. Excellent value and highly recommended.

Having had plans drawn up, by someone else, for a previous property which seemed to take forever, I was very impressed with Martin's professionalism and working to deadlines he set himself.

I received draft plans by the date Martin said I would, it was not difficult to change details and Martin checked that all was as I wanted before submitting to the planning department for me. Every step has been methodical and on time.

I couldn't recommend Martin's work more.

I needed a quick survey done the next day for a property on auction. Martin carried out a level 3 survey the next day and provided me with the full report in time for making an offer.
