Having had plans drawn up, by someone else, for a previous property which seemed to take forever, I was very impressed with Martin's professionalism and working to deadlines he set himself.

I received draft plans by the date Martin said I would, it was not difficult to change details and Martin checked that all was as I wanted before submitting to the planning department for me. Every step has been methodical and on time.

I couldn't recommend Martin's work more.

Martin recently conducted a survey for us .He formulated a detailed and excellent report with attention to areas of concern. Provided advice with good time frame and all of this composed with in a week of survey .Impressive work I would recommend to others.Good luck

I needed a quick survey done the next day for a property on auction. Martin carried out a level 3 survey the next day and provided me with the full report in time for making an offer. We enlisted Plandwell to carry out a survey of our potential home purchase. They were able to swiftly organise a survey within a few days of our request. The survey itself was detailed and offered high quality images (captured by a drone) to illustrate their findings. The report was extremely thorough and the surveyor had clearly spent a considerable amount of time in the property and speaking to the vendor. All communication with Plandwell was helpful and clear. They organised the survey with the respective estate agents and vendor, relieving us of the time to negotiate a survey date. We really valued the extra time they spent following the report answering our questions, and in this respect particularly, we felt they went above and beyond. They clearly have many years of experience, which came over during all of our dealings with them. We felt able to have great confidence in their report and feel we now have a very comprehensive survey of the whole property.
