Virtual switchboard
We needed a fast, a cost effective and reliable Virtual switchboard solution to handle incoming calls for various departments. This is particularly important as we don't have a receptionist. After contacting Planet Numbers they took on the challenge and within a couple of hours we were up and running. That my friends is great customer service! Highly recommended :)

Really easy to use website
Really easy to use website, much better than others looked at. Brilliant price. Staff member who coordinated with was very helpful and friendly. The user dashboard is simple to use and gives loads of information.

We've been with planet numbers for…
We've been with planet numbers for three months now, and the level of service has been top-notch! We opted for the phone answering service as the nature of our business is on the road. Planet numbers operate four different assistants who answer the phone for us. No calls have been missed in three months due to this, and when taking a message, they pop a little personal email over with all the information! No one likes leaving a voice message, so this has 100% increased sales. Ashley, Sam and all, please continue the great work! Thank you from us all here!

Absolute first class service from start to finish. So easy and uncomplicated to set up a number and add a virtual switchboard with number redirect.

Not able to make good quality calls
I have tried the service but I keep on getting disconnected every 2-3 minutes and is impossible to have a conversation. It also charges 5 cents connection fee each time. However, customer service has been great - they called me back immediately after my complaint and fully refunded me.

Naturally, I am very disappointed to read this review; not just because it seems the service wasn't working to a high enough standard but also because I don't believe we were given a fair chance to rectify it before the review was left.
As discussed during my phone call to you this afternoon, things can sometimes go wrong (like in any business) but we don't know things are going wrong until we're told about them. Unfortunately, this review was posted 3 minutes after you first emailed us, meaning we never had the opportunity to help you.
I'm sorry about the disconnection issue, which must have been really frustrating. Admittedly, since we use special lines in order to offer such a cheap service, there's a chance that sometimes a route might play up. When this happens, we can usually fix it within a matter of moments for you but if we hear nothing, we can only assume everything is working to the standard that we built our great reputation to.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused and, if you can think of any way that Planet Numbers can help you improve your impression of us, please get in touch and I'll be more than happy to help.
