I used Planet Express to ship a package to Switzerland and I was a bit skeptical at first, since it was my first time using this service.
However, the experience turned out to be very positive: the package arrived safely and on time.

Planet Express shipped my package on January 6th, and it was delivered on January 20th, fully within the estimated timeframe — even a few days earlier than expected.

The service was clear, well organized, and reliable. I’ve now gained confidence in Planet Express and will definitely use it again for future shipments.

i have used them for their United Kingdom and United states locations. United states ones are good (especially OR)

however I have some reservation about the UK one. they offer limited shipping options. they do not even offer Royal Mail as an option and only provide DHL, Fedex etc that could cost a fortune when it comes to international shipping. I dont find the staff there are friendly and helpful too. I ended up disposing some item because of the prohibitve shipping cost

our delivery came late and the bottle of Tapatio was broken which damaged the rest of the bags. personally I will never use the service again.

I have used Planet Express for a few years now and their service has been perfect every time. Whatever I ask them to do with my packages is always done promptly and without any fuss. Once they repack my purchases, the choice of forwarding companies is fantastic.

The services they provide is not expensive. They are fast when you ask for a service (consolidation = less than a few hours). And i also like the auctions so you can have stuffs cheaper than when you buy in store.

I am extremely disappointed with this service due to their lack of transparency and poor logistics.

First, there is a massive weight discrepancy. They recorded my package as 787 grams heavier than what FedEx officially reported when delivering to their warehouse. This is a clear overcharge that they refuse to correct.

Second, I paid over $100 USD extra for a FedEx 4-7 business day shipping option to avoid the slower USPS service. It has been 10 business days and my package still hasn't arrived. I paid for a premium speed that I did not receive.

When I reached out, they hid behind the "small print" in their Terms and Conditions to deny even a partial refund for the service they failed to provide.

Avoid this company if you value honesty and want your packages delivered on time. They will overcharge you on weight and will not take responsibility for their delays.

PlanetExpress is a very good shipping service for me from the USA to Algeria (Baraki). I have been using this company for many years because the shipping prices are very low compared to other companies, and the service is fast. I have shipped many smartphones through this company without any problems. However, I think the website platform needs to be updated, as it looks very old. Thank you.
