Not trustworthy or reliable with customer packages - They are keeping me from getting my packages
I asked Planet Express in writing to stop accepting packages at a specific address and to return anything received there by mistake; they confirmed this request as completed but still accepted new packages at that same address.
When I tried to fix the situation and even proposed a reasonable solution that would let them charge standard fees while releasing my items, support repeatedly refused and instead focused on options that would leave my packages effectively in their hands (including disposal), even though I am clearly claiming them.
Planet Express is not acting in a trustworthy or reliable way when problems arise, especially where customer property is involved.

UPDATE TO REPLY TO PLANET EXPRESS REPLY:
Planet Express’s public reply is false in my case. They previously accepted my “Report Mistake” request and confirmed in writing that they would refuse any new packages sent to that specific Florida address and return mistaken shipments to sender. Yet they later accepted new packages anyway and are now preventing me from receiving my own property, even though I am willing to pay for shipping.
They also claim they cannot refuse individual packages or handle domestic situations, but they have previously redirected mistaken packages to U.S. addresses, so their explanation does not match their own past actions. Instead of acknowledging this and working toward a fair solution, they continue to block reasonable options and raise disposal while the rightful owner is actively claiming the items.
This is disgraceful behavior and shows a complete lack of good will. Since they agreed in a written statement to decline incoming packages for that address and then failed to honor it, their current refusal to release my packages is unacceptable and unlawful. Unless this is corrected and my packages are released to me as the rightful owner on fair terms, I will escalate the matter through legal and regulatory channels.

I've used Planet Express several times…
I've used Planet Express several times in the past and am increasingly reluctant to use them... I have a package - medium flat rate box at 1.3 lbs - sitting in their Oregon warehouse. The contents of this box are a Christmas gift but the more affordable shipping options (Planet Mail Express, Postal Service Fully Tracked, USPS) do not allow me to mark the package as a gift unless I choose the more expensive FedEx or DHL, of which shipping fees range between $65 - $91! So the recipient will be hit with taxes and administration fees if I choose any of the affordable options... Not to mention, FedEx and DHL use their own importing rules instead of the EU's so there's a chance they'll refuse to deliver or won't consider it a "gift" (unfortunately I've had this happen before). Merry Christmas :(
If I want to send it to my friend within the US, the only options are again FedEx or USPS priority at $30 minimum; USPS Ground Advantage isn't an option.
Packages mailed out with shipping methods besides FedEx and DHL also need to be sent to the California warehouse first for some reason, which adds another 1-2 weeks to the delivery time. I feel this information should be provided earlier in the process, not when you're mailing out!

This shipment was exceptionally fast sent on to our warehouse in the UK. Three days from arrival in Oregon to delivery in Hampshire (UK), that's faster than most local delivery services. Mind blowing.
Payed huge amount. Never received anything.
They have returned under tracking a package (which has never reached my shipping address) to Planet Express and want +92 dollars for it. I have never demanded anything that would cost me any money. I have payed a gigantic amount of money to them and never received anything. So I will not pay anything that I did not request.
On the contrary; as I mailed earlier, the site does not work as it should: I couldn't fill in the forms, so I had to pay for them. They were not correctly filled in, so I had to correct. I payed to get packages delivered and thanks to incomplete customs filled in , neither was delivered. I did not want them to be returned to Planet Express. I want to have refund for my payments, because not one item was delivered.
The brutality to have this package returned to Planet Express and even ask money for it. This is truly nothing more than a trap for foreigners wanting to purchase something in the US. Avoid these thieves!

Planet Express have been giving me wonderful shopping experience. Reasonable price and speed. Seamless service. I have never experienced any issues, very smooth. Some shop rejects shopping from abroad, but "Shop for me" service can support to buy on behalf of me. I want to note PE that beside Japanese, U.S. citizen who is working in Japan is also happy to know the service. My coworker didn't know PE, and he was so excited when I told it, for he needed to ask his nephew if he want to buy anything in U.S. He doesn't need to hesitate to buy, for he can shop by himself anymore.

The parcels take less than 3 days from arriving to being ready for dispatch. This beats companies that offer similar services by 5 to 10 days. So fr I am very happy with the service.

Prices are affordable. they do what they say they do. and great package storage time. if the storage time was short i wouldnt be here. 6 month storage is what made me choose this company over my.u.s. and other competitors. storage costs for other companies drove me away. planetexpress might be the best possible shipping service. I would actually recommend it to other people to use as long as the price stay the same. affordability is what makes it the best option.
