Your ai system made it to complicated…

Your ai system made it to complicated to get a simple refund. Asking me to do additional steps is a way to discourage me from getting the $10 refund you owe me. The mistake is on your end. Just put $10 back on my method of payment.

Inability to export Lobo overseas to UK due to customs issues...

Inability to export due to customs issues not detailed on the website, so they're allowing people to order products they know (or SHOULD know) can't be delivered.

Waited a couple of weeks before finding this out - really they should know better...

Top quality products - I'm really sad not to be able to get a Lobo delivered to the UK - but they operate at the other end of the spectrum when it comes to misrepresenting their capability / ability to deliver.

Disappointing...

I'm thinking the Lobo could be supplied abroad if the battery was taken out - and we could get one here which would fit.

This might well solve the customs issue they face, and open up a huge new market.

When possible, I really look forward to receiving one in the future - it's top piece of kit...

With any business there are always areas which can be improved, and with POTV, in the case of the Lobo it's not the design of the product, but issues with transparency and logistics.

I was so looking forward to receiving it...

Eventually, after much toing and froing a full refund was given.

Discreet 10/10

I bought the Potv xmax vpro so I can smoke outside without the neighbors smelling my loud. It definitely is discreet you can barely smell it and the scent disappears in minutes.

Updated: (Mostly) Terrible return policy

Edit: The company reached out and offered me a one time refund for the item they originally didn't let me return. The policy is still lame, but it is nice that they accommodate.

1/5 Terrible return policy. I realized I bought some accessories that had already come with my vaporizer. To return these unopened accessories 1 day after delivery was like $10 in shipping and $10 per item via a restocking fee, which would have me loosing money to return these unopened accessories. So so lame.

Shipping via USPS was a bit slower but…

Shipping via USPS was a bit slower but all my items were received. All items ordered were new and in great condition. Usable right off the bat! Overall a very good experiance and I intend to continue to use POTV. Note: all the reviews and info I read were accurate. Think of Crutchfield and how they help you figure out what to buy.

Absolute crime for you guys to not have telephone customer service based on the volume that you’re doing!!

You make it extremely difficult to process any type of return or exchange and for that I don’t think I’ll be doing business with you guys more in the future. If you change it, let me know.

Helps me with getting set up for my medical equipment!

I need medical equipment for chronic pain and other symptoms. They have helped me with getting something that reduces maintenance so it has save me hours/days of my life. Definitely necessary for me and anyone else that is disabled.
