Easy to order. Arrived intact relatively quick. Website has plenty of info to get started for novices like me. So far, I love the product, process and effects. I couldn’t be happier!
I have been waiting for an international delivery to the UK for nearly 3 months. I’ve emailed POTV 3 times with no response whatsoever. My initial 1 star review on here was followed by a bot response which said they’d be in touch. Whilst they did request my details through Trustpilot I’ve still had no response from POTV. Seems like they care more about their image on this site than just responding to customer emails. No doubt there will be another bot response under this review. Don’t be fooled they are not contacting customers, just making people believe they are.
At this moment in time, POTV has essentially stolen my money! I would not trust this company if buying from outside USA.
An update on this. POTV came through with response and the product had been rejected by customs. They have refunded and offered a gift voucher also. So appreciate the response, eventually! Have advised that they should highlight this for oversees buyers if this is standard for UK customs.

Your ai system made it to complicated to get a simple refund. Asking me to do additional steps is a way to discourage me from getting the $10 refund you owe me. The mistake is on your end. Just put $10 back on my method of payment.

Inability to export due to customs issues not detailed on the website, so they're allowing people to order products they know (or SHOULD know) can't be delivered.
Waited a couple of weeks before finding this out - really they should know better...
Top quality products - I'm really sad not to be able to get a Lobo delivered to the UK - but they operate at the other end of the spectrum when it comes to misrepresenting their capability / ability to deliver.
Disappointing...
I'm thinking the Lobo could be supplied abroad if the battery was taken out - and we could get one here which would fit.
This might well solve the customs issue they face, and open up a huge new market.
When possible, I really look forward to receiving one in the future - it's top piece of kit...
With any business there are always areas which can be improved, and with POTV, in the case of the Lobo it's not the design of the product, but issues with transparency and logistics.
I was so looking forward to receiving it...
Eventually, after much toing and froing a full refund was given.
