Honestly this is a horrible experience. A co-ordinator named Vanshika has called us and pressurised us to take a decision within a day. She promised that she will be always available for any concern, created whatsapp group,.. But she was completely offline, no response for messages, queries once signed in. Next to that out of 150+ classes only 24 will be instructure led. All the other classes are AI automated. Why should I pay for this? There is no explanation and no headsup on these things. Its just started to loot the money from parents who want their kids to sign in communication.

The coaching pattern & skills aimed for improvement mentioned during the consulting session by representatives is completely different from the real class sessions taken, during the course the feedback & further improvements on constructive building is very poor. Looks like mainly money oriented & poor customer satisfaction or student effectiveness

My daughter is in grade 5 and she improved her writing skills. It is all possible only because of miss. Diksha who is really supportive and motivates her to the core. She follows up regularly for classes.
My daughter also won essay competition in school.
I would definitely recommend planetary for anyone who wants their kids to transform them into good writer. Child gets 1:1 coaching and individual attention.

My brother was enrolled in math and phonics course in planetspark. For 6 years old it has been very fun-learning experience. The presentation is well designed and includes grammer portions which really helped him to learn something extra from school.

Also, mental maths improved his grades in school. Especially thanks to miss. Akshita for her patience and cooperation make him learn better

I am a parent and I faced too many problems because in this generation people should know English and my children could not able to understand one I day I have seen planetspark and I am amazed with the results because it surprisingly change the communication skill of my child

Planet Spark Please refund my friend's hard earned money this is pending from last 2 years instead of return his hard earned money your employee Karan Gupta is sending mails from fake I'd to target him personally. Please refund his 35 thousands with 2 years interest.

I have a quite well experience with planet spark as I have enrolled myself with them a quite months back intially I was facing some issues but after sometime with the help of counsellor everything got resolved thnx planet spark it was a wonderful experience with you people

I enrolled last year and my kid Vihaan enid 112165 The experience with the planet spark is absolutely great overall. my kid is more confident in speaking and listening now the teacher explains concepts very well and the things are well sychronised so would recommend planet spark to everyone who wants to boost they Childs confidence in public speaking also thanks to miss sheet for her guidance.

A great platform I enrolled my daughter 1 year back the changes are clearly visible thanks to the team and the teacher she is very kind and generous throughout the enrollment will surely recommend everyone as the curriculum and the teachers are really best thanks..

Planet spark only focus on how to sell the course not on studies their teachers is also not highly qualified and the platform which they provided is very complicated and not a smooth interface.i paid Rs 45000 for public speaking course and after not satisfied with the course they refunded me rs 18394 only, after 04 months.My daughter will take only three 03 classes.they charged me alot . Their sales team person Mr sudhanshu said if u cancel the course we will charge only 02 k to 03 k.but after selling The course they charged me alot.i request all the parents please think thrice before buying this fake course .my experience with planet spark is very disappointing..i request all the parents that there are many more courses available online at very cheaper price.Before buying this course their sales team called u many times to buy this course but after buying they even not picking up the calls.please think before buying this fake course .So I will rated as poor experience from my side.

I enrolled my child in sessions with PlanetSpark, but no sessions were never provided after the teacher left the organization, reportedly due to concerns about the company’s ethics. Despite services not being delivered, PlanetSpark refused to issue a refund.

My experience has been very disappointing. The company seems far more focused on aggressive sales and upselling than on customer service or accountability. They constantly call to market sessions, but when it comes to resolving issues or honoring refunds, the professionalism is missing.

Overall, it feels like a one way street once payment is made. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to others.

I enrolled my child only after being clearly assured that if the trial classes were not suitable, the fee would be refunded without any deduction. Relying on this commitment, I made the payment in December.

After two trial classes in January, my child was not comfortable, and I immediately requested cancellation and a refund exactly as per their stated policy. Since then, I have been relentlessly following up, but there has been no response, no accountability, and no refund.

The company has completely failed to honor its promise and has shown a shocking lack of professionalism and integrity in handling this matter.

I strongly caution other parents to be extremely careful before making any payment.
