Good platform for students

following my first review (Apr 2, 2026) , this is to confirm that planet spark has contacted me after my review to process the refund but with one condition, which is to delete my review first, If i accept they will initiate the refund process that will take 90 days! of course i rejected , i do not accept blackmails for the sake of money, it cost me now 240 $ (the supposed refund amount) to post this again to spread awareness that they are not a professional company. do not enroll with them.
when i rejected they closed the case without refund and replied to my 1st review that refund is not possible as its not aligned with their policy and then flagged my review for containing defamatory content to be hidden from and no one can see it and not to post again from my side.
However i reported this to Trustpilot as I have official emails and whats app conversation with the approved refund amount and their request to delete my review first. very unprofessional behaviors.

Planetspark helped my kid to cherish i was expecting my child to talk well but overall an year his confidence build up and now he is able to face the people more confidently. The way he uses his vocabulary and thought process everything changed
I recommend planetspark to parents.

The above 4 star review is only for learn classes in planet spark. My kid's teacher miss.priyanka gupta has been really very helpful and knowledgeable and makes her learn without effort and interesting too. Miss. Priyanka Gupta mam is doing a great job. Practice and performance classes are not so good

This I paid after getting wrong navigation from Dolly sharma and paid to planet Shark English class, which I have never received! And PayPal bank is keep sending me mail for payment! You guys keep all money! Please refund them! Other wise I have to go to the consumer Courts! Receipt send on email

Overall experience is good , circulumn is designed in such way that students are getting advantages in public speaking,

My sister is in grade 4 and we booked a course for her in planetspark. Miss.aditi helped her to improve her writing skills as she was very weak with writing stories and essays ,she was very shy to interact with other kids but group has helped her a lot to overcome shyness

I booked a course for my daughter khusi and sagar.Both of them completed the course this year and all I can say it was a very good experience.my children are in grade 8 and 9 and planetpark helped them to improve vocab english which also helped them in school.
The teacher Miss.Nupur was very supportive throughout the session.
Appreciated and recommend.

I enrolled my 2 children at planetspark and I'm happy to share that we have successfully completed the course and received the certificate as well it was a very good experience i recommend it to other parents looking for public speaking course

I enrolled my kid with ENID 231502 the classes were really engaging and the curriculum is best suited the councillor was unresponsive in the initial stage of the enrollment than the operation team reach out to me and coordinated and addressed my concern well from then the experience is great the teacher is very coordinating and helpful also and I get what was promised my kid is now much confident in speaking and delivering so it’s a good platform …

The most worst thing is curriculum designing and if you want modifications according to need and requirment of child no one come to help neither counselor nor ticket raising procedure.you have to sit and watch how classes exhausted with out any benefit.
And after payment no one entertain you as coustomer.

The planetspark is a decent platform I would definitely recommend to a parent who are looking for communication and confidence building in their child be very clear that this platform offers communication and english speaking aprt from subjective studies.The teacher is great and very cooperative and highly skilled . Need yo focus a bit on cx support rest is hood..
