Fast and plants in good condition. I do have to say they were smaller than what I expected, but that way better than not getting them in good shape.

Hi, there! Very happy with the plants. Exactly how described. Everything fine with them. The plant protection within the carton box could be more ecologic.

I ordered a variety of plants, all of them well packed and quick delivery. most of them are growing up well some others not much as the weather conditions in my area but we keep trying.
We love the samples of flowers that the sent us a gift.

The rose arrived a week after being despatched by you. Very well packed,. Still moist and in leaf. Didnt have as many roots as i thought It would, just a Big stump.have put the Green pellet in planting hole, have watered well 3 times, so hoping It Will be alright. Looking forward to Next summer to see my Albertine in flower.

I ordered 30 plants, and I was not sure how they were going to arrive. All the plants arrived in very good conditions, and I planted all of them. I am very satisfied with the plants, service and the cost.

I bought a salix hakuro nishiki (standard Dappled Willow). The transport company brought the tree to me in perfect conditions and I liked the fact that they hadn't pruned it aggressively before shipment. It is now planted and I am looking forward to it's spring colours

Estado lamentable de las plantas, en general.

I ordered from the UK for delivery to family living in Spain. I believed this to be a Spanish garden centre, but the plant was dispatched in France. It took several days to get through "customs" to Spain, where it was passed to a second delivery company. It is now over 10 days since I ordered and the plant is still in transit. The delivery company in Spain provided an option to arrange to collect the delivery from a local depot, but this dis not work, and then they decided that the delivery information was lacking, despite it being complete and correct. The tracking shows they waited several days before contacting me via email to let me know this. Thie plant is yet to arrive, but I doubt it will still be alive given the time in transit. Very disappointing as the plant was meant as a gift, and on ordering, suggested despatch would be within 2 days and delivery within a couple of days after that.

The plants arrived in good condition and were more or less what I expected. Young healthy plants.

All went smoothly according to plan & received my plants in Spain very well packed ahead of schedule

Excellent quality of trees and nicely packed.

I was sent plants that were dead, and covered in rust. When I asked for a refund I was told that it was being passed onto another department. A week later and I still have not heard anything. I would not recommend this place or buy plants here again.

The shipping & packaging was very disappointing. The package was not treated with care and my plant arrived in terrible condition, with many of the pots broken and the soil completely loose in the box. Also, I found it quite sad that a company dedicated to “green space” uses so much plastic & styrofoam (which can’t easily be recycled) in their packaging. I’m quite sad because I really liked the selection of plants, but I don’t think I will order again after this experience.
