Fantastic service. It took its time but it was correct because of planting season of roses. Very happy with packaging. All plants arrived great and are green and in the ground in my garden. Excellent service. Thank you.

Very dissappointed with the packaging! The plants were just thrown together in a box and came absolutely destroyed .Tryed to save thembut it was not possible. Strawberrie plants came in a sealed bag and were cooked and yellow. Unacceptable.

Plants arrived in good condition even after travelling 6 days from France to Spain over a weekend. Protective packaging was good and ensured the 4 plants were in good condition.

Recently received an order from Planfor, the plants arrived half dead, having been more than a week in transit. I have written twice to Planfor.es to complain and they take no responsibility for the quality of the plants arrived in and offer no solutions other than that I nurse them back to life. Will not buy from them again.

Disappointed with the condition of the plants on arrival, very knocked about and broken limbs, Planfor said this would not affect the plants development and will refund the 9.95€ delivery (haven’t had that yet) I wouldn’t buy again as I think they plants are poor, not the quality I was expecting for the money.
