Service above and beyond. Phil actually came out to my car with the setup glasses to make sure the prescription was exactly right for distance and also dashboard instruments
Originally went in for varifocals as recommended by one of the "bigger" opticians. Went to Planet and they asked loads of questions to make sure I was getting what I really needed. That made a huge difference - I ended up with Single vision to a correct prescription - perfect

I was referred to Plan-it Opticians during lockdown when I experienced an eye infection.
I was treated very well and decided to use them for my next eye test as I had experienced very bad service on more than one occasion from my current opticians.
I found them to be very professional, helpful and friendly. I am delighted with my new pair of glasses and received an excellent service and great advice.
I will be using Plan-it Opticians regularly now for all my check ups.

Fabulous! The service is friendly, not pushy at all. After a horrible experience at a high street opticians kept me away from eye tests for about 15 years, Phil and his team have restored my faith.
