I was so impressed with my experience with Plant Circle from start to finish, I'll be ordering from them again! I ordered 1 XL ficus and 2 smaller plants and 2 months later they're thriving. The shipping was much faster than I expected (a couple days) and the packaging was careful and eco-friendly. I also found the care instructions on their website useful and found them responsive when I had a question on placement of a plant.

My plants were delivered quickly and in perfect state. I also purchased a couple vases which look beautiful in my house now. Couldn't recommend it more, will be purchasing again.

Had a great experience ordering a plant for a friend through Plant Circle. I live in America but ordered a gift for a friend in Berlin. Process was seamless and shipping was quick. My friend received a gorgeous plant (even prettier than the picture!) in excellent condition. Would recommend!!

1) Very long shipping time. Ordered from PLNTS.com the same day and that order arrived a week earlier.
2) The pilea was planted carelessly, a leaf was literally stuck under the plug when it was planted in a bigger pot. I tried to get it out but it's really stuck in there.
3) The string-of-pearls (both) had no balls left, and the bigger plants *all* had damaged leaves.
4) The smaller plugs (except the two string-of-pearls) were packaged well and in good condition.
Assessment: I'd expect the plants to be a bit banged up due to shipping but this was pretty bad. A lot worse than any other plant order I've ever made. I believe all except the two string-of-pearls will make it however. Still, will be choosing PLNTS.com from now on, unfortunately.

I recently ordered plants from this shop, and I'm extremely disappointed with their service. They shipped my plants during the winter without a heat pack, and as expected, they arrived completely frozen. I had to throw all of them away. I reached out via email to address the issue, but I never received a response. It's clear that this shop only cares about profit, not the well-being of the plants. I will never purchase from them again.

In summary, I would not recommend buying any plants from this shop.
> First of all, the baby plant I brought are delivered in a state without much growth points, so the plants will stay with the two leaves and you do not get much out of it.
> Secondly, the monkey leaf plant I bought is not in a good condition. The leaves turn yellow after few days and quite some leaves get damaged from the poor packaging.
> The packaging is poor. They did use special box to protect the plant but they put the heavy pack of soil I bought together with the plant, which damaged the monkey leaf plant.
> The delivery took ages, in fact it took me almost a month to get my delivery, with two following up emails in between.
I have been doing purchases from other online shops and I got much more positive experience with the plants.

My order was in March, so it’s quite interesting that only now, in June, I received an email that my order has been completed.
I ordered 3 plants and a 72h heatpack. Only one plant was not affected by the cold (it’s alive, the other is barely alive and the third died). I would say it’s really irresponsible to ship out plants right before the weekend, when delivery services are not working. Of course that 72h heatpack is no use in situation like that!

I didn't get email with the tracking code first, but when I sent email and asked about the delivery, I got quick response an hour later and got the code. Plants arrived in good shape to Finland and they were huge, much bigger than I expected!

I didn't receive tracking number for my order so I contacted customer service. The reply was very fast and provided the ID I needed. The order arrived within the time frame stated for my region. When I saw the courier carrying the box upside down - I was like - OK here come my dead plants :). Surprisingly everything was very well packed and besides some spilled soil mix (for obvious reasons) out of 3 baby plants and one small plant there was only one damaged leaf.

I sent an email directly with the photos, I was told 4 days later (February 28) that they were sending me another one. It's April 9th, I still haven't received anything. they are unreachable by email, never respond, and they leave Instagram messages “seen” without responding.

I was given a 250 euro certificate to plantcircle.co and it was a big mistake. Since the certificate was given in January, I couldn't use it for a long time, because the delivery in winter time was not carried out, but that's not the point.
NEVER BUY ON THIS SITE!!!! You will only waste your time and money. This brand apparently has never heard what a customer experience is.
I used my certificate and ordered 4 plants (3 large and 1 small) and ordered folds for flowers (60 euros worth). On the website it was stated that delivery to Latvia is 3-6 working days, on the 5th working day I wrote to them and they said to me "that only processing of the order is only 7 days". Okay, on the 12th day after placing the order, I abruptly get a text message that the order will be delivered today. Isn't that cool? I didn't receive any notification that the order was sent and how can I accept the order if I'm not at home, and it's not really convenient to deliver such large flowers to the office.
In the end I received 3 boxes, when I opened them I was surprised: 3 large flowers were damaged during transportation, their leaves broke off and 1 even swayed sideways. But this is still they did not send any of the 5 folds that I ordered. How is this even possible???? In the end I wrote to them the same day (March 18), they of course answered only from the 2nd or 3rd message. The did not say that we will fix the situation, send everything - you will not get for such an attitude here. Eventually after a large number of messages they did say they would send me the folds. Although they clearly tried to make it sound like they sent them and it's my problem. I have a video of the unpacking of the parcels and they confirmed that they had sent the boxes, but none of the 3 boxes contained pots. Today is March 27, 9 days have passed since I received the plants, I also wrote to them again on March 25 about the folds, but of course no one responded and did not send anything. And I'm not sure if they will even send me my pots, I'm not talking about the fact that the flowers were damaged during transportation - it's entirely their fault that they poorly packaged flowers and sell them online. As a result - wasted time, just stolen 60 euros and horrible attitude to the buyer.
If you value your nerves and money do not buy and do not order anything here.

Do not ever buy from this store! I am not one to complain, but I have never had such a bad experience with an online shop.
I had a gift card so I ordered a bunch of plants and a terrarium kit with heat packs totaling 150 euros. They never sent me a tracking number. They randomly showed up at my door. All but 2 of the plants were dead and one was missing. The missing plant was a 75 euro plant!
I contacted them and they said they were sorry. They would send me the missing and damaged plants right away. It took over 2 weeks for them to come. They only resent me the damaged plants. Guess what? The 75 euro plant is still missing!
I've recontacted them via email to tell them it was still missing. I have received no reply. I contacted them on instagram as well. They've seen my message and they are ignoring it.
This company has stolen 75 euros from me. I tried leaving a review on their website, but obviously those are curated and it will never get posted. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else

My husband ordered a Hoya carnosa for me for Christmas, he had to purchase 2 other plants to get the shipping. But they sent the wrong plants and no Hoya Carnosa. He contacted them and they said he has to buy 3 more plants because they are so delicate and they can't ship them alone. Considering the very long list of 1 star reviews I can't imagine they care.
*****Please note, I did receive the other 2 plants. But we only wanted 1 plant! the reason we ordered 2 was because they wouldn't ship just 1. So the reply saying well you got the other ones are not irrelevant. We didn't even want to order the other ones!

I got wrong plants, I bought two "Dragon Moon" but got two Maharanis. Asked to send them back, but more than a month has passed, no help despite several emails. I only get incoherent sporadic answers with excuses.
This shop should check that they really sell plants with the right name before they sell them and answer emails to solve such a simple thing as a return.
