I ordered a zen flow garden in early November for our daughter for christmas. I was very upset as I didn’t receive it in time and the tracking number they provided wasn’t moving at all. After reading many reviews and being told over and over it was on the way I was very discouraged. I ended up disputing the charges and as that was under review my order was delivered. It was about eight weeks from the time I ordered till I received my order. We didn’t get it in time for Christmas but I will say it’s beautiful and I wanted to share for anyone else worried about this company being a scam.

Ordered one of these following an advert I saw in FB. They looked quite cute and felt my wife would appreciate it. It was a Christmas gift and something different. The positives; I won’t deny it is quite cute, the whole thing looks like good quality from the jar and the care and attention it has been given. The packaging was exceptional plus it has traveled from the States which I didn’t realise at the time. (I’m in the UK by the way). Unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time for Christmas but as mentioned, on ordering, I didn’t realise it was based in the states so I can’t really give this a negative and as mentioned, it was well packaged. The customer service was also very good, prompt, polite and speedy response. The negatives, personally I think it’s over priced and since I have looked online and get similar items nearly at half the cost albeit I can’t compare directly. Also, I was prompted afterwards to buy a lamp which tbh, was also over priced (I could get one from a well known online retailer for half) but it also arrived without the screw to fit the lamp to the base and I’m yet to find the right size, so this has been a complete waste. Considering the whole thing cost £140 (with the lamp, £120 without). In the picture I can see a red flower but no red flower on arrival. Finally, and not really a negative, just an opinion, the little figure that comes with it is too large for the scene to look realistic, so makes it a bit unnatural. This is just my opinion though. Would I buy again, yes, but only if the price came down considerably but, and it’s a big but, I’m not sure how much time and effort goes into making the whole thing look good so maybe this is why it’s pricey.

I got it for a Christmas present and it didn’t disappoint. My husband loved it! It was packed perfectly and the tree was not damaged at all and has new green sprouts in just a few days!

Customer service is second to none. Daughter is thrilled with the plant.

Customer service and communication was very good. The terrarium was packed very well for shipping and is very nice. The plants in the terrarium were less impressive than in the website photos, but they probably need to grow into the ones in the photos. Everyone that sees it likes it a lot and most importantly that includes my wife for whom this was purchased for.

The service was great, the product (Zen Garden) is absolutely awesome! My wife loves it and now wants another one!!!! This is very unique and something you don't see everyday. It makes a wonderful gift idea!

We love our PlantPico! The online ordering process was easy. It shipped to us quickly. It was packed nicely and arrived in perfect shape. The assembly was easy. Unlike some things you buy online, we received exactly what we expected & love it even more than expected. Beautiful built terrarium at a great price. Get the light addition. It accents the terrarium beautifully. High quality and packaged securely. It takes a few weeks to arrive, but each is handmade so it's well worth the wait.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered item and never received it. After months of back and forth with “customer service” and a tracking number that was strange and not going anywhere, I got an update from USPS that my package had been seized! It was seized due to counterfeit postage and would not be delivered. USPS said to contact the company and bank to get a refund. Total scam!

Great product brilliant present for my plant loving husband and delivery was great

I ordered the product on 12/10 and received it on 12/23. They took great care in packaging the plant and it was just as beautiful in person as it was online. I ordered this for my wife as she loves plants and it did not disappoint.

I had over watered my Zen Plant and the grass and tree were slowly turning brown. I reached out to Plantpico Support. They responded quickly and provided me with instructions to save my terrarium. It's been a few days and the health of my plant is looking much better. Thank you Jennifer!!!!

My order was received and it was just as beautiful as expected with the exception of one of the plants didn't make it. When Jennifer reached out to ensure my order was received, I had mentioned this to her. To my surprise, she was able to send me a replacement plant. I never expected that to be the outcome. Jennifer was pleasant and super friendly - her customer service was top notch and I am just thrilled that I am able to get the replacement plant to make my terrarium 100% complete without having to hope that the plant that didn't make it would grow back.

I had an issue during the ordering process where it was not made clear what the shipping timeline actually was. I reached out to the company about it, and they immediately responded and gave me an accurate timeline. The product arrived as promised and was of high quality.
