Missed His Birthday
I did not see the plant, but, unfortunately, the delivery was a day late than my preferred delivery date, hence it missed his birthday. I think the plant was satisfactory.

We are so sorry to hear that there was a delay with the delivery of your order, this is not the experience that we would have hoped for you especially as the occasion was important. We would have despatched the plant on 10/8 using Royal Mail's 24 hour tracked service and so it usually would have arrived on the 11th as you requested. Unfortunately though, some postal depots experience delays, which is why we have added the following note to our checkout page to help our customers plan their deliveries: “PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE but over 97% of tracked service parcels arrive on time What should the driver do if no-one is home?.” I’m very sorry if you missed this message. The plant should still be looking lovely despite its extra time in transit, but if there are any issues or the gift recipient has any questions about the care of the planter, please do let us know. A wonderful birthday surprise!
This was a present from our autistic son to his Mum. She was delighted to receive it in good shape and in time for her birthday. The instructions on caring for it are very clear and helpful. So far it is thriving on our patio!

The heights shown on our website are measured from the bottom of the pot to the top of the leaves. The current description states that the plants are 17cm tall including the 1L pot. Healthy Plant and Great Packaging
I received my parcel today of the Frangipani Plumeria Plant. It is absolutely beautiful. The packaging was so good and the packaging protected the plant in transit. The best packaging I've ever seen by a plant mail ordering company. I just wanted to thank you for a fabulous order.

Firstly there is a phone number and you can actually speak to a real person and they are extremely friendly and helpful. Secondly they called me immediately to let me know that the order had been damaged in transit and they gave me another delivery date.
The only reason they lost a star was that there were no lemons or flowers on the lemon tree which as it was a gift was a little disappointing but the tree was a lovely shape and my friend was delighted with it.
I would certainly recommend them

These trees are currently advertised as having one or two ripening green fruits. The green fruits can sometimes be rather camouflaged and hard to spot, so if the recipient has had a good look around the tree, and they are definitely not there, please do let us know as we will be able to help further.

I will recommend and use again
I was a tad wary after receiving an e-mail stating that the plant would be delayed for a couple of months, But I'm glad now that it was.
The curry leaf tree arrived well presented, well packaged, with clear care instructions, and in marvellous health.
Quality well worth the price.
