Poor service!

Let me buy 16m of coving, rang a day later to tell me there was none, and any other substitute would be 2 weeks.
Asked for a refund and took over a week to get the money back into my account, absolutely shocking

After removing some coving in a house we bought 3 years ago I struggled to match the coving to put right again.
I found plaster coving ltd whom had a perfect match but unfortunately due to location they were unable to deliver.
Tanya was great to accommodate in every way and so friendly.
We agreed to meet the driver at a location closest to myself which worked well.
Was a little journey but I got what I needed and I would say im very happy.

This is the first review I have ever submitted on any website but felt compelled to write a review after purchasing a product from this company. The product was good but the service was appalling. I have e mailed three times for some advice, but it seems that once my money was taken there was absolutely no interest in replying to any of my three e mails.
Would not buy from them again, unfortunately

Very good experience with this company. We ordered two types of coving and ceiling roses. The delivery was on perfect time, they added some extra length (thanks), the product itself looks great (in particular the roses).

I initially had some queries prior to ordering and received a prompt phone call back to answer my questions. The communication after ordering was excellent and we were advised of how to handle the products when they were delivered. We are thrilled with both the cornice and ceiling rose that we bought. Great company, everyone seemed to really care about the products and what they do. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent work and service. I needed some dado rail to fill a gap left by the removal of the old fireplace. The dado rail was no longer made but I found that Plaster Coving Ltd could do a make to order. The sales team were brilliant in giving me a price and keeping me informed when production was scheduled and then advising me of when it was available for collection. I had to collect as I only wanted 1.5metres and this was below their delivery quantities. I collected from the warehouse and the service there was excellent as well.

Excellent service, knowlegable about their stock and just so helpful. Quality products. I am just about to order from them again!

Flexible to work with, friendly to speak to and considering this was my first ever purchase of coving, they made the whole experience a pleasure. It's a stark contrast to the effort it needed to put the coving up, but that's all down to my lack of experience..!
