I submitted the online form for a quote for a delivery of 6 lengths of coving, each 3 metres long. I know these are fragile items and i expected maybe around £100-£150 for the delivery alone, so a rough total price of around £450/£500. I was stunned to receive a quote for £1,439!
I live on the Isle of Wight, not the moon.
Needless to say, i didn't order.

Poppy was very helpful fitting my child's uniform . I think the that what made her so good at customer service is she genuinely listened and knew about fittings or all the uniforms. She knew about past stock abd was able to give useful advice.
I usually do not enjoy uniform shopping but she nadd thd experience very enjoyable,hunting down stock and supporting decisions regarding existing orders. She was brilliant and very knowledgeable

I’ve always found the Stevensons website easy to navigate and have used it several times in the past, but this was my first experience of visiting the Norwich store in person. From booking the appointment online to receiving a helpful reminder beforehand, everything was well organised and efficient.

The in-store service was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to ensure everything fitted properly and that we had everything we needed. One item had to be ordered so it could include the correct initials, and this process was handled very smoothly. The delivery timeline was clearly explained, which was very reassuring.

Overall, it was a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stevensons in Norwich.

I called regarding a pórtico that I wanted to havé constructed but they never got back to me despite two phonecalls and an email with photos of the house. Very unprofesional.

As this company had so many good reviews, we decided to go with them and placed an order almost a month ago. The order was supposed to arrive w/c 6th of January. Their representative from Scotland, who got in touch with us on behalf of the company to arrange the order and had promised the delivery for that week, called us and told us that the order wasn't arriving that week and there was no guarantee that it would arrive next week.
We had contractors booked for installation, we had our kitchen being delivered that week and had people booked to fit in the kitchen, and nothing can happen unless the coving is installed. We have been calling the company nonstop and as much as they sound like they want to help, no one is actually taking responsibility for this delay and to this day we still don't have a confirmed delivery date. Our kitchen cabinets and appliances are sitting in boxes in our flat and we keep having to call contractors to postpone installation date and it's all just a huge mess.
Really embarrassing for a company with their reputation that there is not one person that can help us solve this issue. I would recommend to avoid them if you don't live in Norwich!

What a truly great company to deal with we have over the last seven or eight months bought over 100 three metre lengths of coving from Stevensons also some ceiling roses , the quality of the product is for sure second to none very pleased indeed and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I had two deliveries of ceiling roses both were damaged I believe by the DHL, I got in touch with the company and they were very helpful and reimbursed me,I haven't found any that are better quality than Stevensons

The ceiling roses are absolutely stunning, the packaging was great and prices were reasonable. However, I paid extra to have holes drilled into the centre, and they forgot to do this. When I called up to complain, I expected them to send me out new roses with holes drilled in them and collect the old ones, but the lady on the phone couldn't care less, had a terrible attitude and only offered a refund. Now I need to pay for a tradesmen to come round and drill the holes. In conclusion, great product, but terrible customer service.

Very good experience buying two ceiling roses. Excellent packaging (thick polystyrene inside a rigid wooden box). Well finished products and look great in the rooms.
