I want to thank you for the prompt service of trash bags.
I have tried several brands and none fit my 45 gallon cart. Most brands tell me to purchase 55 gal bags but the circumference was incorrect and I had to clip three edges in order for the bag to not fall through.

I have been using PlasticPlace for several years now. For me, it was being able to find bags sized for Simple Human trash cans. Such a better price, better bulk buy packaging, and a good quality bag. I'll be a PlasticPlace customer for as long as I am putting bags in trash cans.

was great got back to me on my questions very fast. Resolved my issue and was a pleasure to work with.

I have ordered two times from the website plasticplace.com. and paid through shop.com. Both times I received an order confirmation for the item I ordered with an additional item that I did not order. The first time I ordered, I contacted them through e-mail and they said they would need to cancel the order then I could do a reorder for the item I wanted. The second time I received another notice that my order was confirmed and it showed that the order was correct. Not sure what the problem is with their system or it could be shop.com. As a result, I will not order directly from them as I found out I could order their products from Amazon who I trust.

I have purchased waste bags from this company for years. They are WITHOUT a doubt … the highest quality waste bags available anywhere. You will never be disappointed.

I placed an order yesterday. I made an error in items needed. I e mailed the company. They responded this morning, corrected issue immediately. Great on spot service.

Before I found this brand, I had used the other brand with a thickness of 0.69 mil.
At Plastic Place, I confidently placed a large order for my business totaling over $300, including bags of similar thickness and even a bit thicker at 0.7 mil.

When I received the order, I still had my old trash bags, so it couldn’t be my imagination, but even without that, you can definitely tell that PlasticPlace bags are A LOT thinner!
I don’t believe the other brand I used would state that its thickness is less than it actually is. But I have a lot of questions about the Plastic Place's honesty with the customers.
Of course, who would actually check that? It’s almost impossible.

Moreover, when I called them, I didn’t hear any explanation about that.
In addition, they offered to return it at my own expense, + a restocking fee.
When I asked what exactly “restocking fee” is, the manager couldn’t answer that either.
So for returning this huge order they want to charge me almost $70.
Just be careful

It’s great to see a company stand by their customers. It’s unfortunate that they sometimes are at the mercy of the delivery service.

I'm allergic to chemical scents that are now being applied to so many plastic products. It has become impossible to purchase products locally that don't cause allergic reactions. The "scents" cling to everything, much like cigarette smoke. Today I received my first order from PlasticPlace.com, trashbags, and I am thrilled that they don't reek of chemical scents, polluting my home and causing health issues. I really appreciate it.

We have been using your product since 2019 and find them to be what we expect at keeping our city provide garbage can clean. The 100 count last us 2 years for our weekly pickups. We will continue to use them.

just needed them to know I had not heard from them in 6 months or so , and I was a regular customer. I didNOT ask for lower price, in case they think that .
i just couldn't remember this company's name to order more from them from my email list , so I used search engine for non- fragrant kitchen trash can trash bags . So I am purchasing my order today 12/30/2025 . There are only my husband and me and we don't acquire more than 3 or 4 trash bags a week so .i only wanted to order 1 box.
