We have purchased marble panel with blue patterns on it but received with grey patterns. Company arranged collection and refunded payment for the panel. Happy we have been able to come to resolution. Very friendly drivers. Many thanks

Ordered from plastic hub, no notification of when the items were coming, they have stood outside my front door for the last 2 or 3 days in the pouring rain, I have tried emailing and ringing but no reply. This is disgusting, from a company that has on its website, ALWAYS HERE TO HELP WITH ANY QUESTIONS. *** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY *** THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY

There was a slight problem with the order, but customer services resolved the issue immediately and had the missing part sent out the next day. Excellent!

Ordered over 70 items on Saturday. Delivered Monday. Was expecting 3-5 days. Installed Saturday and emailed the 12 fascia corners were missing. Emailed, will not supply these items as its over 3 days even though I can show a video of the building minus the corners. They have effectively stolen £50 off me. Discussing customer service. Purchased the corners off Plastics Direct. The google rating on the website is fake. You cannot review. Avoid. What a shame, I have other building to do.

It was simple to choose the right product, it was well packaged, and it arrived on time.

I respected the owner's kindness and effort as she helped me select bathroom fixtures for my house. Outstanding selection, caliber, and assistance.

Before leaving, it was difficult to check if the parts were in stock over the phone. The part was in stock and I received good service when I arrived.

Cant fault these guys been using them since 2021 and they have never let me down with deliveries and service

I spent close to five hundred pounds on shower panels and trim over three separate orders, but did not check them until builder came to fit a few days later. Was two trim lengths short and two of the trim lengths were more pink than white.

I sent several emails with no response, so I called direct. Girl that answered was disinterested and was quite rude and abrubt and said that the off colour trim were probably from another batch, however, I had ordered four of these at the same time and should have been spotted at time of packing and also did not want to know about the shortages. As for the diferrent coloured strips, she said that I would have to pay for the return post, which was going to cost me around £25.

After pointing out that the error was on their side, surely they should cover the return cost, again she was rude and did not want to help or even apologise.

So, I would definitely be using again and would advise to stay clear! They have even been blocked on here, because of breach of Trustpilot rules! Makes you wonder.
Following up from P.H's response, if I have taken time out to send several emails, which by the way you did not respond to and make phone calls to you, i can assure you the colour was significantly different . I notice that you also did not address or your blunt and rude telephone manner. I also made further purchases to replace wrong and short item, trusting that you were a trustworthy and honest and would be understanding. I was totally wrong!
I spent a lot of money here and judging by you and your staff,you couldn't give a toss.

The experience was fantastic from start to finish, they assisted with helping chose the right product by sending a free sample to please the other half (I know!), once the decision was made by the big boss we rang and ordered the panels over the phone. To our delight they were delivered two days later by a friendly delivery driver.

They helped us carry them in and the team from sales to delivery have been 5*.

Its a shame I don't need any more but if I did I will be in touch, I have told my son-in-law to also use you guys if he needs to.

Refunded an item in early December, made excuses up (not seen your refund papers (then they found them) will process asap,(still no refund) they will chase accounts asap (still waiting weeks later)) and now not responding to my emails, can't believe the shocking service... don't bother with these lot..

Shocking, don’t answer the phone , only answer to emails. One item wasn’t delivered and wasn’t noticed untill we started to install the items , which was out of there time window to notify. When I explained the situation they just refused to send a replacement item

Well all i have been in the industry a long time and never had such a fantastic experience with the all round brilliant service from plastics hub from easy ordering to receiving my order in what i can only describe as fantastic as well as very high quality in a matter of hours and a more than helpful delivery driver ( Adrian) who went the extra mile to drop the goods in position , my customer was very happy to see the job pushed on earlier than expected ,well done guys all happy in Dorchester cheers
