The attraction for me is the high meat content. With a cat that struggles to digest anything with fillers this is a game changer, I can give her dried food now and supplement with some wet. It's been a massive relief to find something that doesn't upset her stomach. My other cat can now have dried crunchy food that he's missed out on. Happy cats and owner. Yay!

My dog is in training as a PAT dog. We are using a one to one trainer who always carries your biscuits with her as treats for all her clients. My dog absolutely loved them and so I asked where she bought them.
They are firm but not crunchy like a dry dog biscuit, so easy to store and perfect for my girl who seems to see them as a high value treat. We train every day and so it’s super important she feels motivated and enjoys eating them.
We are now on month 2 of using these as treats and my dog absolutely loves her “biccies” and has lovely well formed number 2s which is def a bonus. I have subscribed monthly for these as so pleased with them. Many thanks!

I'm still waiting for my cat food sample though which I ordered on the same day as this cat and dog food.
My cat enjoys her new dry cat kibble. It's the first time I ordered.
For my dog I ordered dog food kibble which he had previously (lamb) and the new variety for older dogs. He likes it after suspiciously looking at it overnight.
I also like the way the bags now close, it's a brilliant improvement to how it was before when we had to use a green plastic clip.
So overall a great result.

This dog food is magnificent!
Our boy (bernese mountain dog) does get bored of foods so we mix this with Pure and he is obsessed! It means that we can use Platinum as treats on walks and he, as well as other dogs, go mad for it. I'd rate it higher if I could!

It certainly is a great product, but it’s so expensive.

Brilliant product - my cat would leave home if I didn't give her the platinum biscuits - also very speedy and efficient ordering/delivery.

My dog loves the platinum chicken dry food. I feed them as training treats on walks or when training.

Easy website to use and to order what you want. Quick delivery times. Excellent dog food! Dropped one star purely as feeding three dogs on the same food is rather expensive.

I can't fault the customer service as both my orders arrived the following day. It is also very helpful that you can order a couple of free samples to see if your pet likes the food and you can also order a couple of small trial packs just to make sure that they really do like it (cats being notorious for seeming to like a new food but then turn up their noses when you then ship in a load more!)

The treats I ordered are good, my dog really likes them. I had many problems with the website and putting my address in, it kept editing it. When parcel arrived no house name just the street and postcode. Delivery driver was great asking around to find me. Not sure if I will order again as a different driver might not make the effort. Please fix this issue

I have an extremely fussy Italian greyhound who for years would only eat freshly cooked chicken or beef.

I accidentally found Platinum dry food after receiving a free sample and my life changed overnight.

She loves the food and I no longer have to cook for her, she's healthier and I'm happy to have finally found her ideal food thank you Platinum

1. Don't even bother with this food if you live in the northern half of Scotland or Northern Ireland. While it delivers to everyone else for free, it now charges me £17.80 delivery and so I had no choice but to cancel and i will be deleting my account. I started using platinum in 2021. The price they now ask (beginning of 2026) is more than double what it was in 2021. That's inflation of over 100%. Are they following the example of energy companies?

2. DIARRHOEA.
The food itself used to be good, very appealing to dogs, but what started to happen was that after a few months my dog developed diarrhoea and it took me and my vet a long while to realise that the food was the cause. We had eliminated everything else. So I switched to a different flavour which solved the problem. However the new flavour developed the same problem within a few months. Chronic diarrhoea. Hence my 1 star after 5 years of using Platinum. I've seen other 1* reviews about this diarrhoea issue. Well my dog lost 25% weight because even the vet doubted it was the food. It was. I phoned to speak to Platinum about this but they shrugged it off as something that just happens. The customer service has also plummeted in the last 18 months. Bye bye.
