Fast reply great service, best app , up to the top with realistic voices with emotions

Since I signed in as a new subscriber less than a week ago, I have obtained advice from three different technical experts, who advised me as I learned the ropes. All friendly and efficient.

We got our 70% refund, the company is decent.

Iram was very helpful. Solved my problem and got me a refund fast. Great product and service.

I mainly used text-to-speech in Mandarine Chinese, very happy with the voice quality.

Well I did their free trial, but in the process questioned about billing as I want to make a months one time purchase. Their chat box popped up and it gave me false info saying I could make such a purchase, then with further questioning it lied as you had to sign up for a monthly renewal then cancel - We all know how bad that can be. I copied the Trust pilot 1 star reviews to him showing how bad this system is to owner and he slammed the door in my face. OBTW they dont accept Paypal - well we would have too much control. Ive had bad experience with billing in these subscription models. Credit cards wont cancel once you have ticked the auto renewal box. The seller has to cancel at his end. So thats my take and I wont be playing that dirty game
OBTW while testing I found it very slow - a short sentence, 11 words 57 chars 5 secs took about that much to generate the audio file - so if you had a page or 250 words that might be 1/2 minute, then you got editing etc, this might be poor productivity - maybe one of those human dictation sites send in your text for an actor to read and get an audio file back - might be more time/cost effective - and its pay as you go

Clear 1 star rating. I have made a lifetime deal with Appsumo, they don´t comply I got all services cancelled, they never respond neither on mails and chats, the support is simply not existing.
Keep your hands away from them, there are more reliable players around and with a better service.

This app helped a lot with creating ai voices for a project I was doing!

After trying several other products and almost giving up on my project idea, I stumbled across these guys. 90% of the people out there are just repackaging AWS. And that is great if you have that level of project. I still use them for smaller things. But for larger projects this spanks all the others I have tried.

The main feature that won me over was their voice cloning. And that was just their 1.0 product. Then the 2.0 product came out and they made the awesomeness even more awesome. It's only in beta at the moment of writing this. But I have already switched to using it exclusively.

I am on their unlimited plan and it has already paid its self back a few times over. Their support is super friendly. Everything about these guys is quality and awesomeness!

An amazing (but not unexpected) uptick in the quality of the voices from the free version to premium. Excellent service, too. Quick and solved the problem.
