Too hard to deal with

Ordered a few items. Items showed delivered at an unusual time on 04/25, I usually get daily mail pickups and talk to my mail lady everyday, this showed delivered at night. Went through my surveillance footage and show nothing.

I emailed on 04/26:
"This shows it was delivered but I looked at my video security and the only delivery from the post office was my mail person who picked up my outgoing packages at 13:18pm yesterday. I literally have video of this happening but nothing during the time frame stated that something was delivered."

Their response on 04/26:
"I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your package. USPS tracking history shows " Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 7:31 pm on April 25,2022 in HOUSTON, TX 77084." If you have not done so already, do the following when tracking says "delivered" but you have not received the package:

Tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received the package:

What to do if your order was shipped USPS FIRST CLASS without purchase of our shipping protection:

USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait few business days because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and still can arrive. Contact your local post office and your mail man as soon as possible. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions and can usually provide helpful information.

If you are still not able to retrieve your package, it will be considered lost or stolen. We are not able to reimburse lost or stolen packages because the package is beyond our control once it is in the hands of the shipping service unless it is insured. However, we do offer shipping protection for each order at checkout, however you did not opt into our shipping protection when you placed this order. If you decide to place an order with us in the future, get peace of mind with delivery guarantee in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit. Keep us posted regarding your missing package, we have seen this happen a few times with USPS and the package ends up delivered as mentioned before. Many times it is a package scanning error on their side."

I waited till 04/29 to file a claim with the post office. I talked to my mail person when she did the pickup, she says they are looking into it, however it wasn't her and she has no clue who would have delivered that package because there are no carriers out that late at night.

On 05/04 I got a second email from PlayCode3 to write a review for the items I bought on their website. So I did. All the items it requested for me to review I put a one star review saying I haven't received it.

Then within a couple hours I received:
An email saying they don't refund or reship but they will at 10:33am. I was in a meeting
A text saying the same as the email at 10:36am. It went to the unknown box on my phone, was still in that meeting.
I didn't get a chance to respond because I was slammed with work and then forgot.

On 05/05:
Another email at 7:07am and a call and voicemail at 7:24am which were rather aggressive and rude. I'm not getting into an arguing match for a $50 of small charms. I was on a call when I got the voicemail and just responded immediately to them just to refund. I want nothing to do with this company.

Yes this happens, I ship hundreds of packages weekly. Instead of them being apologetic and trying to help me figure it out, they wait till I leave review then rush to try and fix it with aggressive tactics. This is supposed to be a fun loving charm company.
