Impressive from start to finish, the studio is welcoming with beautiful decor and state of the art equipment. Sarah is caring, passionate and very knowledgeable and she seeks to ensure all client need are met and provides a fitness session to suit all needs. I am so glad I have found the world of reformer Pilates it is perfect for my joint condition and pains, has been physio approved and I can already feel a new found core strength.
