I was just tasked to rate this only 4-5 for me to be able to get my refund cause there was no direct way to cancel the membership (that I didn’t even want to be part of) right away. 0/5 NOT TO BE TRUSTED, tbh.
But trying to submit this review to see if their customer service has really something to offer and is true to their word, to at least salvage a little bit of trust to their website.
