I made a purchase 11/5 after SEVERAL weeks I am told so sorry it's on its way TWICE . No it wasn't tracking went nowhere. After 8 weeks they sent me a piece of crackerjack box prize jewelry which I did NOT order for a "thanks for waiting" and an email it's still on its way. At that point I put in a dispute through my payment site I wanted a full refund . I am then told they will give me half the amt I paid for nothing in return. But the cheap necklace that I never ordered . ( I ordered an SUV cabin tent ) so I dispute again I am not settling for half the amt.for something I didn't receive . Sooo... Back to dispute AGAIN . Now they SAY they will pay me what they owe IF I send back bubblegum jewelry at MY expense for shipping . So I am now paying for shipping for something I didn't order (a crap piece of jewelry) AND I am certain I lost out on the amount I paid for my original purchase I never received .
If I could've gotten on here without even one star I would have. So whoever is reading this STAY AWAY you will be putting money in their pocket and the postal service you use and receiving nothing .

Dang, I wanted the clock. Like the others, I got the cheap pleather wallet.

Just like everyone else, I ordered a clock and received a wallet. Its the cheapest, crappiest faux leather wallet I've ever laid eyes on. Gotta love it.

After emailing the scammer directly, they offered me a 30% refund, which meant I'd be paying them a little more than $20 to mail me some chinese junk. I refused and went through PayPal instead.

It took me nearly a month, and the scammer again offered me an $11 refund through PayPal, but they finally ruled in my favor after the seller refused to answer PayPal emails.

My best recommendation if you're having problems getting them to refund your money, is to call PayPal directly. Its kinda a PITA having to go through their automated system, but just keep asking to speak to a representative. Two calls placed roughly a week apart is what it took for me to get my money back. This wasn't even about the money, $30 isn't the end of the world, but I can't stand dishonest people. I was also really looking forward to that clock! :)

Screw this scammer, I hope PayPal takes back every cent they've ever processed through this scumbag.

Seems just like EVERYONE ELSE, my "Tube Clock" Wallet arrived today... after 2+ months of bouncing around in China's postal system...

I look forward to showing all my friends, my snazzy "BINFA Collection" Leather (hahaha) wallet.

I don't particularly care that it was a scam, I'm just disappointed as I REALLY wanted the clock :(

Maybe we should create a Facebook page for everyone who received a wallet, so we can post a photo to show the world, how much each of us are enjoying them. ;)

I ordered a retro-modern simulated nixie electronic clock kit from this vendor. They are an overseas vendor, and shipping takes a while. Approximately 1 month after ordering the item, I received a small package with a junk quality wallet in it. This item was literally defective junk and not what I ordered. I contacted the vendor through their contact email explaining the issue. They never replied. I tried again today and their store is shut down. I have requested a full refund from paypal. If I don't get the appropriate resolution from paypal, I will have my bank process my claim. I hope paypal lives up to their "protection" hype.

It is like a broken record. Ordered a clock, got a wallet. The web site has now disappeared. The thing that hurts the most is I made the purchase from an add on Facebook. Paid for it with Paypal. Now, given all the complaints, Paypal wants me to file this with the police in order to get my money back.

Ordered two RGB Clocks as everyone else. Got two cheap ass wallets after it took 2 months for the parcel to arrive. Even the postage system was rejecting their parcels numerous times as it bounced all over china and kept getting rejected at the export as it didn't have the correct customs information.

I too got scammed. Ordered a children play yard and got a leather wallet. Trash!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

This was the worst product. I didn't have to wait forever for it but it wasn't even what I ordered. I ordered this playyard thing for my toddlers and they sent me a wallet. Should of definitely looked at the reviews.

Hi like everyone else I should of read the reviews before I bought something from them I bought a mini fridge they kept telling me it was coming when it eventually turned up al I got was a cheap necklace still trying to chase them up with no luck so disappointed that people can still get away with this type of thing today would love to get hold of them Warren

I received my wallet and not my laser engraver. Do not accept a partial refund and do not ship anything back. Call PayPal or your bank or credit card company and insist that they do a full charge back. Be polite but do not take no for an answer.

These criminals need to not make a cent off of this kind of activity.

wallet scam recipient too. I claimed through paypal and was offered pennies in the dollar back but refused. now im being offered full refund if i return said wallet and they are satisfied with its condition. im wondering if i send a cheap crap item in place of the wallet will they complain?

I have joined the « wallet club « in exchange for an advertised tablet keyboard. I can only echo the comments of others who have been ripped off by these cynical people. I wonder if contacting Facebook is of any use? Has anyone had any success?

I ordered the RGB clock in early December. I tracked it during its journey. It spent more than 2 weeks in January sitting in Vilnius in Latvia, before a package containing a poor quality wallet was eventually delivered to me in the UK. The package was even marked “wallet” on the customs label with a declared value of $5.

Not surprised to discover on going to the site to complain, that Playsdom.com no longer exists. This is a site that was only registered in October 2020.

I have escalated a claim through PayPal and sent links to multiple complaint groups, including a Facebook group which has been set up for people who have been scammed by this same company. What gives me hope is that there is strength in numbers – everyone sharing their experience wherever they can. Although it seems that companies like this deliberately ensure that the items are delayed in the post and arrive roughly the same time everywhere, so people don’t have time to warn others.

This doesn’t reflect well on Facebook or PayPal, either. I think they bear a lot of the blame for making money from fraudulent companies like this.

The whole thing is appalling.
