All the bad reviews are well deserved. Would give zero stars if possible. Absolute worst casino I've ever played at. Customer support is 1/10 and they do everything they can to NOT pay out. There is absolutely NO reason to choose this casino at all. STAY AWAY.

Will do everything they can to not pay out then put the winnings youve tried to withdraw back into your balance so you play it then delete your account and refuse to converse with you 900 spins 0 features and about 10 wins paying no more than 5x. STAY AWAY case in with the ukgc

Have been playing at this site for ages then when I tried to bank some money they all of a.sudden want pictures of a card that I don't have and haven't even used on the account in over a year and are now ignoring me when I'm asking what's going on!! Bare in mind I'm already verified on this site and have been for way over a year now!! How can they ask for card details that you clearly no longer even use 🤦‍♀️ online chat staff are rude don't help atall just tell you to wait for email department to contact you then they never do just end up going round in circles awfull site awfull staffing

The online chat (which is very responsive in fairness) said the withdrawal had failed but couldn't tell me where my funds now were. Told I would likely get an email before 23.59 with an update. Won £90 from casino. Got an email from them asking to submit bank statements claiming they couldn't process payout. I sent a statement by email. They never replied and locked my account.

Would give a minus if it were possible!

Processed a £40 and a £90 withdrawal.
I asked for my deposit and a final withdrawal l of £10 then close my account.

It must have been a while since I used my account, I came across my password when I was looking for something else so I thought I'd put a few quid on. I played a game I've enjoyed on other sites & won £2400+. I withdrew £2300 & played with the rest. I'm sure this is the first time I've made a withdrawal, I honestly can't remember. I came on here to read the reviews & I must admit, I was a little concerned but I needn't have been, it was in my bank account within 17 hours which isn't bad at all. I never accept bonus funds on any site, I wonder if that is why there was no problem withdrawing, there's a fair few negative reviews about that. I can only judge on my experience & for me, it was 5*.

Worst site out there. Terrible for even playing but also withdrawing. They somehow managed to send to me a £35 withdrawal to my payment method but when it's the £70 it's taking them 7 days and saying the transaction has failed. Don't know who let's these sites run in the UK but they all need to be stopped and closed down. Its an absolute joke

At first they gave me 100% welcome bonus, I made my first deposit and have to wager 35 times the deposit amount which I did but when my bonus money turn into cash money and when I try to withdraw it they made excuses to not to pay me at all and took all my winning money. Normally I don’t write a review what can I say I deposited £35 with this site within £5 I won £300 on 50p a spin I then decided to take £300 out and forfeit the bonus as I was not into my bonus which seems really fair how ever I withdrew late evening and recieved my funds next day at 130pm I then decided to have another go and won another £70 and withdrawals are now instant. It seems to be the 1st withdrawal that takes a while Personally I’m very happy with this site. I did look at reviews here and was a bit skeptical but really no issues.
