Complete scam, won some money according to the terms and conditions. They have refused to pay out claiming I did the promotion more than once, which I didn't. Now I have to waste my time going to the Gambling Commission to get my money.

This site is a total scam!!!! Stay away!!! there is no chance of winning in their games!!! I’m not saying this because I lose but because their games are impossible to win. I already made a spins so many times and then suddenly it says there’s an error, hello in both games! You better fixed your games as it has so many obvious glitches!

I use playzee for years I lost my nanny card and had to replace it I change my payment method to my new card. But when I've try to withdraw my winning £185 all together it's only let use my old bank card details I contacted there customer support and they cound not help me even after I ask of winning to pay using bank transfer so they happy let you deposit with bank card but tell you they don't payout to the same method I wasted over an hour trying to stort this out now I have to wait until they email me

Do not play this game and do not believe the reviews I bet 500 pounds today because I looked here you will win does not give anything

worst slow payout stay clear of playzee/white hat gaming they try to avoid paying. already reported to the relvent sites. Hopefully they get closed down soon

I was extremely concerned that I wasn't getting the bonus in gaming big bass megaways so I went onto live chat and found last night on live chat that the in game bonus feature was removed for UK residents.

I have had to contact my bank for a full refund as i couldn't resolve the matter with them as they cut off all communication and locked my account after I found out that UK residents can't win the feature bonus which is strange, nearly 2 thousand pounds as goods was not recieved, playzee should not have accepted my deposits if they knew I wasn't going to win on any games due to there change for UK residents.

So if your a UK resident don't deposit.

I don't think playzee has a lisence either because I tried to resolve the matter through the resolver website and no matches for there website was found.

SCAM!!!!! They do not pay out your winnings. They first say they couldn’t do Apple Pay, then they say they can’t put back on your card, then they say they want a bank statement (!!!!) with all of your information on it.

Not very impressed with the fact that I have winnings in pending since the 01/05. Its now the 8th of May. I have never had to wait this long for winnings from any other casinos. The 2 stars are for the good selection of games.

I placed a withdrawal on a Thursday, received email that it would pend which is the norm, received another email late Saturday night that it was successful checked bank it was in. My girlfreind was playing on playzee last night used the same deposit method as allways
And she won £340
After withdrawing the above amount she was locked out of her account and told its normal practice to protect there customers this dosnt make any sense as she's won small amounts before and they went into her paypal after 10 minutes of withdrawal

Playzee is not the place to gamble I have seen some right horror stories about playzee and iv told my partner to expect to loose her 340 as playzee seem to like doing this to people there's more and more popping up and speaking out

Anyone eltes in a situation like this please seek legal advice

Totally a scam. Spent over $20,000 in last one year and never won anything. I’m addicted to games so I kept going but now I have realised this website is a scam. NEVER MAKES YOU WIN.

Pure SCAM, yesterday i deposit 10 $ and i won 300. I wanted to withdraw the money and they told me that it would take 2-3 days. Today i sign up and i see that THEY BANNED ME !!!!! OMG. Just because i deposit 10 $ from my girlfriends creditcard. They send me an email, that i was banned because the credit card was not muching with my personal details. So... Why the deposit was possible?? and the withdraw its not ???
