I won a lot when I joined Playzee, so I played a bit, and got higher membership. Then when I made a withdrawal request, I got a mail saying the request would stay pending for 24 h 0m.
After 30 h it was still pending, so I asked chat why? They said they had problems. Next day I asked again, then they said 24 h workdays. Well, it seems they only work 5 h a day, so my request stayed pending for just over 4 days. Finally my request was approved. Then I got a new mail saying it could take 10 workdays for the money to be in my bank account. And now I am just sitting here, waiting as they only work 5 h a day, I assume the money will show up in 50 days. What a joke!

Joined this site a few months ago just forgot I was a member and so I had a punt 2 days ago.

Very easy to deposit various methods available I choose PayPal.

Anyway deposited had a go on blackjack couldn't find any blackjack tables playing multi hand. Anyway soon got bored with the blackjack so had a go on the slots fishing frenzy big catch.

Have 2 say I must have struck lucky this night as within 5 spins I hit the free spin feature.

Now here's where the issues arise. There a 48 hr pending for all withdrawals. Yes u are reading right 48 hrs in 2021.

So I accessed live chat which was very efficient and prompt 2 enquire why would a gambling company keep customers waiting so long for a withdrawal.

I was told via live chat its in the terms and conditions.

The site plays well and the RTP seems 2 being adhered to but for Christ sake 48 hr pending for a withdrawal is not on in the gambling world.

I just can't put up with that period of waiting so I'll have 2 close the account with a view to coming bk if they improve that standard withdrawal time.

Also be good if somebody from the company would reply to all of these negative reviews.

Not good practice to ignore customers.

Usually very good for me, but the last couple month or so I have deposited £450 and most of the games I play are 96% or above RTP (Return to player)
I didn’t hit a win over £10 on £1 spins and maybe about 2 bonus that payed less than 35x which is an absolute joke.

I was a regular player of playzee but then decided to join gamstop to give myself a break. I have since been off gamstop 3 months now and tried reopening my account with playzee. However their communication is awful. Im still 3 months on have not heard anything from them despite me emailing them asking how much longer they are going to take and all i get back is "we are still reviewing your account, and will be in contact shortly". REALLY??? Is 3 months shortly??

Games selection is ok. Speed of site loading not too bad. The 1 star is purely for the 48hrs pending withdrawals and upto a week to see your winnings. Nearly all other casinos withdraw process take just a few hours tops. For me this completley ruins your experience. Use coral, bwin, ladbrokes etc far easier and faster access to YOUR winnings...

A bit of a wait for first pending withdrawal, but was done within 24 hours.

I deposited $100 and got $100 bonus credit. With my deposit I won and went to withdraw. To withdraw you have to stake 35x the deposited and bonus amount, so in my case $7000. Absolute rip off scam, avoid at all costs

i deposited 150 dollars and made 700 playing blackjack and they blocked my account for no apparent reason, i send an email but no response.
