Very prompt. Great prices, surprisingly some items are cheaper, with shipping and taxes, than they would cost if I were to order them from Europe (I live in Romania) or Aliexpress.

What I liked the most was the small sticker on the package box, asking the delivery person to handle the package with extra care. It's the first time I've seen such a sticker on packages, and I've been shopping online and from all over the world for quite some time.

I have dealt with Plaza Japan for several years. The selection of model trains & service is excellent & recently answered a question I had about Japanese railway containers.

The figure for my son came very quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. Thank you.

Package arrived ahead of time, was well packed with do not crush stickers on box. I am happy when ordering from Japan their customer service is second to none.

Excellent customer service. Some kits are hard to find in the UK and the price is good. For a total shipment price of up to £135 the UK VAT is already collected and the parcel gets delivered directly to the customers door - no fuss at all. Highly recommended.

The order I placed was severely delayed for almost a month, and when I reached out to cancel it after waiting so long they wanted to charge a 5% cancellation fee. In the end I finally did receive my order and it was packaged very well, but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth.
